Title: Terrible. AVOID
Review: Ordered a 30 day prepaid sim from Amazon with 10gb data. Activation process wasnt the smoothest but doable. Activation process took closer to 2 hours, not 15 minutes like they claim. Get a confirmation email with my new number and the details of my prepaid plan, only I cannot make calls or use any data. Call RedPocket and they tell me that I dont have a plan on my account. I asked if that was the case why do I have a confirmation number stating otherwise? They couldn’t provide an answer, only stating there are no minutes or data on my account. Online it said that it could take some time to load, so I let it sit 3 hours. Still nothing, so I purchased a 30 day 20gb plan on the website. Within a couple minutes I was able to make calls. Data still not working an hour later. Spent quite a long time on the phone with RedPocket trying to get phone working correctly. Absolute waste of time, money and effort. Avoid at all costs. Returning sim to amazon and if they dont refund, doing a chargeback with my credit card, same goes for RedPocket. This was using an unlocked Verizon iPhone.
