Title: Where has this been?
Review: I love this for making meatloaf. It’s well constructed. My meatloaf came out perfect. The grease went down to the bottom of the pan and the meatloaf was still very moist. Easy clean up. Would highly recommend.

Review: What a well made pan with rubber built-in handles so no burns. All the grease collected in the bottom making a perfect meatloaf for dinner and sandwiches the next day. Very easy to clean. I imagine you can cook a variety of food in this pan. Should have had this available in the kitchen, years ago.

Title: Really nice meatloaf pan
Review: I bought this on a recommendation from Rachel Cooks with Love (A great YouTube channel by the way!). I tried her meatloaf recipe and it is excellent! And, yes, I baked it in this pan. It does a nice job of keeping the excess grease away from the meatloaf. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I agree with other reviewers that the insert pan is hard as heck to get out of the base pan - especially when hot. I gently lift it at one end with the edge of a knife to be able to get hold of it. Other than that, it is a great pan - made well and heavy. I am still glad I bought it.

Review: I bought this for meatloaf and various breads. I liked the fact that it has an entire insert, not some tray like others. It works great. Fantastic meatloaf. I have done 2 bread mixes so far and they are also great. Note that it cooks quicker than the recipes have called for, so adjust for that.
