A close presidential election in November could well come down to contested states or even districts--an election decided by vote theft? It could happen this year. Based on Greg Palast and Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s investigative reporting for Rolling Stone and BBC television plus new reporting by Palast for the new edition—a portion of which will be a Rolling Stone cover story, covered in major progressive media outlets which will include radio, television, and webcasts, and featured on listservs from important civil rights and activist organisations—The Best Democracy Money Can Buy: A Tale of Billionaires & Ballot Bandits will be the most important book published this year—one that could save the election.
The documentary film of The Best Democracy Money Can Buy is available on DVD from CinemaLibre Studio.

Title: Greg Palast explains how Trump won the election months before the election - MUST SEE VIDEO!
Review: It's called Cross Check. Done by Republican Secretaries of State to get African-Americans and Latinos off the voter roles. Now these very Republican SOSs are getting on the Trump cabinet as a reward. Palast describes an incredibly terrible situation in an entertaining way. THIS IS A MUST SEE VIDEO! Buy it or rent it on Amazon Video.Greg Palast is an investigative reporter based in the USA for the BBC among others, but his reports never make it on to the American media. Could it be because his reports might be harmful to the big media corporations? Watch the video and decide for yourself.

Title: Crucial information for making informed decisions.
Review: EVERYBODY needs to read this book or see the video. Sleuth Detective, Greg Palast, breaks down how money influences our elections, our laws, our individual lives.Where the money comes from, where it goes; And how it is exchanged to purchase politicians and policies. Palast also informs how votesdon't get counted, how districts are gerrymandered so the politicians get the results THEY want, rather than what we the citizens want. This information is necessary to make informed decisions at the voting booth. And, to be sure your vote counts.

Review: It's important for the citizenry to be informed, especially when it comes to politics and elections. This book does that, however, there is no "feel good" ending to this book. I believe that is the peril our citizens have fallen prey to. It's time for each and every one of us to get out there, get active and do something about this problem!

Title: Worth reading
Review: So I can't really endorse Palast's final conclusions (it was tried and failed spectacularly in the USSR and Communist China), but the road he takes us on to get there is pretty interesting. I personally think his most important points are in the first 28 some pages with Interstate Crosscheck, but the whole of the book is worth reading. I don't believe anyone has successfully discredited Palast so far, in fact a lot of Republicans were crowing about Interstate Crosscheck before the election (now that it may have worked, no one seems to be saying anything about it).

Title: This is My Country
Review: Democrats blame Republicans and the reverse. It is they have the name and not the country loyalty that are the problem.

Title: A must read for truth seekers!
Review: Most revealing but very readable book about the rampant corruption that exist in our electoral system. A must read for all those seeking a better understanding of the abuse of power that some of the wealthy and powerful use to manipulate the rules to the detriment of the rest of us.

Title: Must reading for Progressives
Review: To really understand why Democrats keep losing elections, in spite of being the majority of voters, you must read how the super wealthy manipulate the vote with dishonest ads, how they suppress the vote by implementing uncalled for Voter ID laws and how the process feeds on itself as more and more power ascend to the wealthy few.

Title: Stealing Elections BEFORE a Single Vote Cast
Review: The mystery remains: Why this story is not THE story of the century is baffling. Perhaps third times a charm and the American people will finally say, "Enough!", to Interstate Crosscheck and the disenfranchisement of minority voters.

Review: Very well researched. Even though it's written a very light hearted style it is extremely troubling, onion necessary if you're not going to live with your head in the ground.
