Title: More recipes in this book that interest me than any other IP book I own.
Review: UPDATE a few years later:I use my instant pot all the time. The set and forget part of it is the best. I have learned so much. Allow yourself time to be learn without becoming discouraged. and feel free to make mistakes. I have made soups, chilis, chicken in various sauces, bourbon tri-tip, bbq ribs, bbq brisket for tacos, roasts, stew, carnitas, frijoles, rice, oatmeal, eggs, yogurt… I’m drooling a little thinking of all the deliciousness. I even make food for the dogs in it. Set it. Forget it. Juicy and succulent. Say no more. A quick tip—i find that leaving roasts and other things on warm for an hour after the natural release often results in better flavor infusion. You’re welcome!i have not made any of the recipes yet, but I am very much looking forward to using these books. I have approximately 10 instant pot books. this one was my latest. Some of them I will never, ever use and will usher them off to new homes. Even though I have not yet used this book, i have read it, and it seems quite in line with what I know about instant pots, meals, timing. Sometimes i look at a recipe and think to myself, "this time isn't going to work..." but not with this book. I am a seasoned pot head. Believe me, we know some of these things intuitively after a while. The BEST thing is that there are at least 90% of the recipes that look good to me, that appeal to me, and seem to call out my name, beckoning mostly to my tummy. I can hardly wait to try these. Each section has good varieties of recipes to choose from to suit the mood and the meal.... SOOOO Can't wait to try some out.

Title: The title speaks for itself!
Review: I pre-ordered this book and am so glad I did. There is a wide range of recipes, most of which I would try to make. It includes recipes for things I was making in the Instant Pot anyway, as I have had it almost 3 years, but everything so clearly written and easy to follow for either someone who is a newbie, or an old hand, like I am.I have made three recipes so far, the broccoli cheese soup, the spicy chicken chili, and the chocolate peanut butter cheesecake. They have all been a hit and easy to prepare. Especially the spicy chicken chili, which might be most easy to prepare chili I have ever made.It has a good introduction to all the settings of the pot, a rundown of helpful accessories, and a good index so recipes are easy to find. It has some really great pictures, but some people might wish there were more as so many recent cookbooks have illustrations of every recipe. That is the only negative thing I can find to say so far. I will be trying a LOT of the other recipes as I get a chance.

Title: Pretty good cookbook
Review: Great collection of recipes! I made the pear crisp last weekend and it was so good. The only thing I don't like is the times are too long. Cut chicken doesn't take 10 minutes. It's more like 7. So we end up with dry chicken sometimes because I forget. Lol. They've all been edible though.

Title: It's an OK cookbook.
Review: What I wish for is a recipe book that is more basic on cooking different foods in an Instant Pot that doesn't add all the extra cr@p to the recipe. For someone who just wants to get conversant with the device, I would like to start with simpler recipes and then go from there. I can make steel-cut oatmeal with it now and it turns out really good. We've also made a killer lentil soup. I just hate looking at recipes where you have to make a special trip to the store for some ingredient I don't use much. Yeah, I'm a guy.

Title: So good, not a miss, yet!
Review: I have been cooking for over 40 years, with all the family favorites winning me a great reputation. After seeing my mother blow up her pressure cooker, I did not trust the instant pot's reputation. Well, I was wrong! The instant pot is great. However. I would not feel that way without this great little cookbook. The recipes are terrific! Directions are easy to follow. Ingredients are simple. Eating is healthy. I have even cut back on sweets and lost some weight...the recipes are that satisfying. And that says a lot for this Southern cook, who worshiped St. Sugar and St. Butter, to admit. Enjoy! This cookbook is a joy!

Title: Good Variety of Recipes, Easy and Quick to Make
Review: Of the several cookbooks I've bought for my Instant Pot, this is my favorite so far. I've been busy flagging recipes I want to try, and have tried 4 or 5 so far. The instructions are easy to follow. I make notes directly on the recipe page as to what I liked or what I would do differently next time. Last night's Chicken Parmesan and Mushrooms was very good and the chicken was very tender. Broccoli Cheddar Soup was quite good and easy; and tonight's Thai Coconut Carrot Soup looks intriguing.

Title:
Review: Absolutely useless book. Quantities of water/liquid woefully inaccurate or even missing from recipes. Wasted time and money attempting to make the two porridge recipes only to have the pot fail with a burn messages on both occasions. The Mediterranean Cod didn't even mention any liquid, so we had to research elsewhere which kind of makes the book useless. I'd return the book if I could be bothered but it'll probably go in the bin.
