Title: Definitely worth it for the quality and comfort it provides
Review: One of the best things about this product is the wireless controller, which makes it really easy to change the brightness and color. The controller is simple to use, so you can adjust the light while sitting at your desk. You can also make small changes to both brightness and color, which helps reduce eye strain, especially if you work on the computer for a long time.The light doesn’t reflect on the monitor screen and softly lights up the area around it without any glare. This makes it much better than regular monitor lamps and helps you stay focused while working.It’s easy to set up, attaches securely to the monitor, and doesn’t take up much space, so your desk stays tidy, which is a big plus.The design is clean, and the quality of the light is great. There are no shadows or extra reflections on the screen, which helps you concentrate. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to reduce eye fatigue while working long hours.Overall, the BenQ ScreenBar Halo costs a bit more, but it’s definitely worth it for the quality and comfort it provides.

Title: Outstanding light bar for flat or curved monitor
Review: This is an outstanding light bar. It is bright, adjustable as to temperature, brightness, and angle, and the remote is durable and functions extremely well. The back light adds aesthetic benefit but also alleviates eye strain and can be turned on or off with or without the light bar. In the image, the BenQ ScreenBar Halo is paired with a Samsung 49" Odyssey G9 OLED curved 32:9 ultrawide monitor (1800 curve radius). In order to use this device on a curved monitor, there is a small adapter that must be fitted. The one problem I encountered with this setup is that the weight of the 'rear end' of the light bar is insufficient to keep the light bar sitting at the desired angle while mounted (it will sag downward and slightly block the screen). To fix this issue, I used a small circular cutout of velcro which I applied to the back of the light bar and the back of the monitor, which holds everything in place nicely. This is a small issue that arises solely because of the curved monitor setup and I do not hold it against the device as it was apparently designed for flat monitors. I highly recommend this product and believe it is worth the premium price.

Title: Mac Studio Display 7mo in so far so good
Review: I have no complaints so far and it’s been 7 months of consistent use every other day for work and study as a grad student. I’ve even had it on for as long as 24 hrs without turning it off multiple times and never had any issues! So it’s built to keep up with your needs! It also never gets hot thanks to the LED tech. I haven’t had any issues with flickering or it not turning on. It has always worked for me consistently.I don’t have my BenQ lamp directly plugged in to my monitor as a power source. Instead, I have it plugged into a small extension cord that has a USB port which I keep top of my desk. I recommend the Tessan brand extension cord sold on Amazon, the best hands down (can be mounted to wall or desk).I believe your BenQ lamp may flicker if you plug it into something that does not provide adequate power. I noticed when I have it directly plugged into my Mac Studio Display using a USB to USB-C adapter (since Apple only has USB-C ports) it sometimes flickers (which may indicate that my monitor is not a significant or consistent enough power source for it). However, plugging it into a stronger power source like an actual extension outlet with a USB port resolves that issue!Overall, it’s been a game changer! No more eye strain. I’m so glad I invested in this BenQ lamp with the remote control, though there is a cheaper model, I prefer this one for the fancy remote control touch dial that sits nicely on my desk. Definitely makes it feel more like a luxury product. I enjoy all the settings it provides like brightness, warm/cool lighting, backlit/front lit or both, etc. So many options to fit your work/study needs at all hours of the day! It’s been just what I need to do work all night long on those days when I really need to get things done.Whah attracted me to this product is the fact that it isn’t obnoxiously brought, meaning it doesn’t light up the entire room if you turn it on. It provides very focused light but not too focused or direct where it only lights up a certain part. It lights up my whole desk without lighting up the whole room if that makes sense? My desk is in our bedroom and I’m glad my partner is no longer bombarded with a ton of light like if I were to turn on the ceiling fan light or a traditional desk or floor lamp. The BenQ monitor lamp really provides more controlled lighting just where you need it!

Title: Worth The Price Tag!
Review: I wasnt really in the Market for a light bar and I never thought I really needed as well. I am on a phase where I want to update my desk setup and this came up on a lot of reviews. So I decided to bit the bullet and give it a try. This purchase helped my eye strain and headaches that I didnt think was going to fix.Pros:1. Light has a sleek design.2. Many color options and temperatures.3. Has a backlight / bias lighting.4. Helped my eye strain and headaches.5. Great materials6. The wireless dials is a modern touch.7. beautiful unboxing experienceCons:1. Price tag can sway you away but its worth it.2. Wish the dial had more options to change the color modes from the back lighting.

Review: I had a hard time wrapping my head around the price tag (TBH, I still do) but decided to give it a shot.It is without a doubt worth the investment, especially for people logging 7-12 hours a day at their desks.Eye strain and general fatigue has been reduced. My workspace is not just well lit now, the lighting is well balanced and of very good quality.Like others have said, it’s odd that the controller isn’t rechargeable. But considering the build is top notch, and the design is gorgeous, I get the feeling they did that to get the price down.

Review: I honestly was not expecting at all that this lighting would be so good. It just feels right, being properly exposed to your device. It kind of feels being outside. After only one working day from home I could tell the eye fatigue was reduced. Turning the Screenbar on and off is quite shocking because you find out how much contrast you used to expose your eyes too. At my age (~30) this investment feels much much more valuable than purchasing a top notch ergonomic office chair. I would recommended to start with this rather than buying a 2keuros chair.I will purchase a cheaper screenbar for my work office and see if it is decent when compared to the amazing BenQ Screenbar Halo.

Review: Not the cheapest monitor light which you're going to find, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I thought the rear facing light was a bit of a gimmick to begin with, but I've found that it really helps to prevent eye strain throughout the day. The downward-facing light illuminates the keyboard and desk area perfectly, and when sitting (or standing) correctly, you shouldn't be able to see any LEDs directly.The remote control looks extremely smart, and allows for easily changing modes, adjusting the brightness and colour temperature between cold and warm white. Normally I hide buttons and switches where possible, but on this occasion it looks very stylish so I'm happy for it to sit on the desk.Finally, attaching an external webcam to the lightbar is very straightforward, however depending on the make/model of webcam, you might need to purchase an adapter to bridge the gap.

Review: Ultra simple à installer et ne donne AUCUN reflet sur l'écran, c'est incroyable. Il y a une petite pièce supplémentaire pour écrans incurvés mais sinon la barre tient seulement en équilibre, très bien.j'avais peur pour ma caméra Logitech et il a effectivement fallu la déplacer mais en fait on peut l'appuyer sur la partie de la lumière qui repose sur l'écran et c'est très stable. Pas besoin d'acheter un adaptateur supplémentaire.Une fois installée, la lampe est contrôlée à distance par un petit puck élégant et bien fait. On peut régler luminosité et température, et enregistrer un favori. Il y a un détecteur de mouvement qui fait que les réglages deviennent apparents si on approche sa main.En plus il y a une lampe derrière l'ordinateur qui (pourvu qu'on soit devant un mur) permet de ne pas avoir trop de contraste entre l'avant bien éclairé et un arrière sombre. La lumière arrière diffuse juste ce qu'il faut pour éviter l'éblouissement par contraste excessif (d'où je pense le nom de 'halo' pour la barre BenQ). Tout est vraiment bien pensé.Franchement ce truc est incroyable, du coup j'ai viré ma lampe de bureau et une lampe Logitech Litra qui pourtant était bien mais ne peut pas rivaliser avec le système Benq. J'ai deux monitors + un Google hub max et la barre d'écran Benq éclaire tout ça sans problème.Très fortement recommandé, le seul hic c'est le prix!
