Title: Don’t buy used for this product
Review: I originally ordered a used version of this in “Very Good” condition. I got it in and it would turn on briefly then turn right back off. I thought it needed charging, so I left it on the charger all night and tried again the next day. Same thing happened, but after turning it on maybe twice (meaning it was on for all of 10 seconds total), put it back on the charger, and it said it was completely out of charge. Let it charge to full and tried one more time with the same result, so I sent it back and bought a new one. The new one works great, absolutely no complaints. It cleans well and is easy to push around. All that being said, I would advise against buying used, because I don’t think these things are tested before being resold. Mine couldn’t have been.

Review: I bought this after seeing a friend of mine use it to clean up a mess. We have a lot of hard floor surfaces in our house. This has been great! The cleaning cloths are easy to remove and clean. It's light and easy to charge.

Review: MY PROBLEM AND WHY I NEEDED A NEW MOP:I have always wanted a tile kitchen until I got one. I can't use any of the spritz mops. They just clean the tiles and push leftovers into the grout lines leaving all the icky stuff in the grout lines. OOH, Gross! Definitely not clean. Especially when you have a tiny dog with potty training issues. Trust me, when you have a river of dog urine moving down the grout lines of your tile, you become a little obsessed with cleaning out the grout lines. I've tried all the fluffy and not fluffy Swiffer and multiple other mops. I even have a steam mop I like the idea of steaming out these areas, but the mop heads do not get down into these grout lines.SO, I HAD TO GO OLD SCHOOL. BUCKET AND MOP:My grout issue demanded being cleaned with an old school bucket and rag mop if I actually want to clean in the grooves between the tiles. It takes literally over an hour to get through the kitchen and a huge workout making sure I get inside each tile groove. It's a small kitchen.Fast forward 2 years with this heavy mopping issue. In the past few months I have had several surgeries and medical treatments that create physical barriers to getting a clean floor. I simply do not have the strength and energy necessary or ability while I'm recovering and building myself back up to keep the kitchen floors clean.So I started hunting around for new options again.MY THOUGHTS:I LOVE THIS MOP! YES IT CLEANS THE GROUT AREAS OUT! YAY!!! It does all the work.I do have to let it sit and do it's job on heavy stuff, but it's effortless. I just let it spin. I have to rein it in a bit, to keep it going where I need it to, because of the rotating mop heads it does feel like it's a bit self propelled. :)Not only does it clean my new laminate wood floors throughout the entire house, I can finally clean inside the tile grooves and get my kitchen floor cleaned properly without hauling out a bucket and putting in some real back labor. I'm able to have clean floors, take care of them myself even in my reduced capability at the moment. This is the best cleaning purchase I've made the last 3 years (other than my Roomba vacuum). Makes my life so much easier. Love it!!

Title: Battery life not good
Review: I love that this spin mop is easy to use, and works efficiently, but I am greatly disappointed with the battery life. I can only get thru the kitchen and two bathroom floors before it runs out of power, and I am mopping quickly. Then it takes a long time to charge back up, which is very frustrating when it quits in the middle of a job. And it will not work when plugged in to the charging cable so I could at least grab an extension cord and finish it up with it plugged in.I should mention too that the first one I got worked great on the first run, but the next time I tried it, the sprayer stopped spraying. None of the trouble shooting tips helped so I had the return it, which Amazon as usual made very simple for me to do, and I received my replacement in just a couple days. I just tried it tonight and it worked great until the fully charged battery ran out before the job was done. So now I will need to wait several hours to finish. And the instructions say to empty the tank to store, but I don’t want to waste all of the cleaner I put in it to do the job that it couldn’t finish. I feel like if Bissell could fix this one thing by making the battery life longer. This would really be a great little machine.

Review: I am very happy with the Bissell Spinwave. Since Covid I had to let the maid go and have been doing my own housework which I hate. The Spinwave has made my life so much easier. Highly recommend AAA. It comes with a US plug but with a simple adaptor it works perfect. Agent was very helpful as well.

Review: Please dont buy Bissel products unless you want things that break down fast. To get this item clean 2 times a year and that cost 100$ each time. If it break down they will replace you with a cheaper model and telling you its the same model that you bought. Customer services are garbage because they will not tell you the item is discontinue and will send you a cheaper model as a replacement. YOU CANNOT RETURN AFTER YOU PURCHASE EVEN IF YOU HAVE MSSING ITEM OR BROKEN. If this thing break down you need to bring to a authorize dealer and there they will tell you its only need clean its not broken. and they will charge you 100 $ each time to clean which is not included in the warranty. DONT BUY THIS COMPANY PRODUCTS.
