Title: Total game changer!! Two for one!! 🙌🏻Cleans while you vacuum, YES PLEASE!!
Review: I was hesitant to buy this after I read some of the negative reviews. I worried that it would be a huge pain to hold the steam button and that it would do a crappy job. SO GLAD I gave it a chance. I absolutely LOVE it. The two in one feature is so so awesome. I have 3 kids who are constantly dropping everything on the floor and so much wood floor to vacuum and clean. Vacuuming and then mopping in the same day just doesn’t happen for me because I don’t have the time to do both. NOW I can do both at the same time!🙌🏻🙌🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 The I worried the vacuum feature wouldn’t be very good but it’s awesome. If vacuums just as well as my shark vacuum and cordless dyson. It cleans just as well as the swiffer I’m used to using, but it even easier on tough to clean spots cus I don’t have to scrub the area but instead let the vacuum sit and slowly move it back and forth to let the steam melt the spot. I do agree with some of the comments about the steamer not being super powerful, BUT it still does a great job, similar if not better than a swiffer. For me, this has literally cut my cleaning in half and makes it so my floors are not only vacuumed daily, but cleaned and I love it so so much. We have so much wood floor and even though we don’t wear shoes in the house by the end my bare feet are usually kinda dirty from walking bear foot in the house all day, not anymore!! Because I vacuum the floors daily they are now being cleaned daily too where before I would only spot clean/swiffer them or so the entire floors weekly. The steam button you have to hold could have been a button that just stays on instead of having to hold it, BUT it’s located on the handle where you have to grin to vacuum anyway, so it’s not a big deal in the slightest to hold down as you vacuum. It is easy to use, vacuums wonderfully while steaming at the same time. For the price I can not get over how awesome this product is. It will not clean grout or instantaneously melt hard to remove spots, but for the daily cleaning of floors, this product as changed the way my floors look and feel and I love love love it! Give it a change, ignore the negative reviews. Totally worth it!!🙌🏻🙌🏻

Title: CHanged my hardwood floors significently for the better
Review: I am impressed with this as I garden alot and things wind up on my hardwood floors. This unit really did some impressive cleaning and is much more effective and fun to use than a mop or swiffer. The steam really does pull out dirt and the vaccum is surprisingly strong, especially as it is on a steamer as an added bonus. Easy to manipulate. I like it alot and respect Bissell as a company and really appreciate their donations to animal care. I highly recommend this unit.

Title: Worth every penny!
Review: I was skeptical before purchase, but the concept was a no-brainer as a single mom, & I’ve been happy with my other Bissell products, so I had to at least try when I found it went on sale prime day, & I couldn’t afford the Crosswave. I’m so glad I did try it, wish I had gotten MUCH sooner! I love being able to take the pads off to wash & reuse them instead of having to keep buying disposable pads (but will buy an extra scrubbing pad just to have on hand). The device is SO easy to set up, & especially to use it - it works exactly as I had hoped, if not better. I love that the handle is adjustable, it goes low enough so it fits under AC unit in laundry/utility room, saving space. The vacuum suction works even in my tile grout cracks, which I was most concerned about - it had no issues cleaning little sticky spots on kitchen floor. I vacuum 1st before getting floor wet, & once the floor is wet, I keep vacuum on & if vacuum doesn’t get any remaining debris up while mopping, the mop pad does get it. The steam is HOT, maybe more than I expected. This device really made vacuuming/mopping my floors so much faster & with using less effort. The dirty mop pad in pic was just from my small kitchen (the floor didn’t seem terribly dirty before I mopped as you can see from the photos, but the pad shows different - it works!). The 1st time using, I used the scrubbing pad 1st, then went back over it with the 2nd regular mop pad, just in case, to see how much the scrubbing pad left behind, but 2nd pad wasn’t needed since the scrubbing pad did such a good job cleaning floor by itself. I lowered my rating 1 star for 3 reasons (all minor) - device was just a little heavier than I expected, but not to the point of being uncomfortable - about the weight of a regular size vacuum give or take. The handle trigger is very sensitive to squeeze (but I wouldn’t want it to be hard to squeeze neither), I end up always squeezing the trigger just from holding the handle while pushing device back & forth, so I’m not sure it’s really in a good place - but it doesn’t interfere using device, I’m just not sure of the point of it since it stays squeezed from just holding the handle while using). Second, & most importantly for me, I wish the width of the mop/vac plate was shorter in width so it could get into tight places easier (like in between wall/hutch, or toilet/wall), I have to turn it sideways in some spaces to get it to fit in, but if mop/vac part was about an inch or so smaller, it would fit better without having to turn it (for my home anyway), & the plate does come off a little easy, but it really hasn’t been an issue for me when using it, & thats better than if it were hard to get the plate off. Third, I wish it had a scented cleaner sprayer on it, because I like my floors to smell clean, I didn’t use any cleaner 1st time using device so I could see how well it worked with just steaming, & to prevent any possibility of potentially causing any kind issues over time. These 3 “cons”, for lack of a better word, were not serious enough to impact my rating anymore than just 1 star - with all that said, I am impressed & so glad I got it, wish I had it much sooner, especially when I lived in my previous home that had 1500sf of hard floors - would’ve been a back saver for sure. HIGHLY recommend.

Review: I am very deceived of this product. It's hard to maneuver doesn't slide easily. On a carpet yo need brute strength to operate it.I would suggest to Bissell to have it self-propel. The maceuvrablity would be greatly enhance.The concept is great, the reality is awful.Can the wheel be adjusted in height?
