Title: Broke on first use.
Review: In the past, I have been pleased with this mop and reusable mop heads. I most recently purchased this product over a month ago, but did not open/use it until today as I’ve successfully in the past. The first head (threads) broke within a couple of minutes. I replaced it with the second head, and it started coming apart almost immediately. I was not able to complete even one room. Unfortunately the return/refund date has already passed. If you buy this mop, plan to use it quickly in case you get a bad batch of heads like I did. Lesson learned.*** am updating my rating to 5 stars because Eyliden US reached out to me over my most recent experience and review. They offered an apology and full refund. While I am unhappy my product broke, I am pleased by my customer service experience. Since I’ve enjoyed this product in the past, I will use it again.

Title: Nice but difficult
Review: This is a nice mop that does a good job cleaning the floor BUT is was weird to assemble and always a big fight to twist and set back up after twisting. So when you are assembling it’s better to look at the photos because the instructions aren’t clear at all. When you get to the point of putting the mop part on the attachment the threaded part for the handle is inside the middle of the mop head. That fact is not mentioned anywhere in the instructions. The twist feature is great as long as you watch out for the sharp tab that engages the mop head, it could cause an injury. The mop itself seems extra long to me. My biggest complaint is having to readjust the entire mop head strands to put the mop back in place to use after twisting out the water. It is like fighting an octopus!

Title: 2-year Update with 5-Stars
Review: 2021 until 2/22/2024 Still using it every day, One of the two mop heads I purchased is slipping off the black plastic holder. It has been a few months longer than two years and this mop is the best. I have used this mop nearly every day since 2021, the handle is still in working order as new, one of the two mop heads is still in working order as new and one mop head has worked loose. After I took the mop head out of the washing machine this week at the top where the black twisting part joins the mop head it is loose it does not hold the mop head on the black part anymore. Nothing has come apart and I believe my wife can fix it easily. I'm going to buy another whole unit anyway instead of just a new mop head.

Title: Poor Quality
Review: I have been ordering these mop heads for years and was really pleased with the quality until recently. Both mop heads came twisted up and were very stringy. The first one i opened literally fell off the black holder as I was trying to attached it to the handle. After trying to restrict to the black hooks, it was immediately trashed. The second one as you can see in the picture was so twisted out of the bag that it was unable to be used because I couldn’t ring it out. I have real hard one floors that aren’t mopped very often because they are professionally cleaned and waxed twice a year. These have worked in the past for my very light mopping but they have never been so cheaply made until now.

Title: Does not hold up
Review: At first I thought this was a great mop. After 2 uses it began to get tangled and not stay on the end to stretch out to be wrung out. I put the new mop head on, and lough and behold the second one did the same thing after 2 uses. Otherwise would be a good mop, just is not made very well , and does not hold up for reuse.

Review: this little mop works great and holds up, I have purchased this mop several times in the past ( years ago) and they are still going strong, I bought more as Im using them in different areas..easy to use and I thought the ratchet action that wrings them out wouldnt last long..I was wrong, I have twisted the mechanism quite tight and it hasnt broken yet...cleaning is easy just hold under a tub spout or sink and after a few squeezings they are pretty much clean...I washed an entire 2nd floor hard wood floor using a bucket and this mop does well and doesnt leave any streaking...I bought extra mop heads but havent needed them yet, i guess it depends on how dirty the floor is and with what...dont hesitate to buy one...and as final disclaimer..I do not represent the company or get any free merchandise in exchange for a good review.....

Title: Holy crap, this is an awesome mop!
Review: I do need to admit that I am an engineer, so that probably helps to explain this review... but this mop us fricking AWESOME! I got it just as a replacement mop.. I live in San Francisco, and is the reason we are known for Sour Dough Bread.. I have to change my pets water daily, as one should, but not out of caution, but because the water literally starts turning green, I had to buy a dryer, because anything damp, like a towel hung up after a shower will smell of mildew and mold by the next morning.. so you can imagine how a mop does.. usually by the end of the month, I have to throw them out, because they just smell horribly of mildew... I don't know if this mop will prevent that.. but it might.. regardless, it comes with two mop heads... yet the coolest part, is that it has a ratcheting system for squeezing the water out... it locks in place, then you turn it, click click click... so it might get dry enough. However.. the mop heads just screw on and off, which means I can actually wash the mop head and toss it in the dryer before the issue appears!
