Title: Excellent Sleeping Aid
Review: I have been looking into various sleeping aids after my wife has complained about my snoring and moving around in bed a lot. They are two issues that I have dealt with for some time and need some remedy. I saw this snoring and decided to try it. I’m familiar with the brand’s jaw strengthening tools. The product is comfortable at night and I’ve used it the past week with positive results according to my wife. I was worried that I may not like the fit but it fits most people and isn’t uncomfortable at night, even with your face against a pillow. The quality of the material is great as well as the mouth piece still looks like new even after the use I have put it through. I plan to continue to use it and hope for these results on a long term basis!

Title: Nice Snore Guard
Review: I didn't really have any high hopes with this as it can be a hit or miss with this type of product but im pleasantly surprised it actually worked. Now before u laugh I usually wake myself up snoring lol and when I wore the day guard and then the night guard last night I found my snoring to be a WHOLE LOT lighter than it was the night before now nothing is cured overnight but I could definitely tell my snoring was lighter and my breathing was easier. It's very comfy putting the guard in or taking it out and the fit is a little funny at first but you get use it to it. Super easy to use and rinse clean.

Title: Not worth it for me
Review: While I await delivery of a new cpap, I ordered this mouthpiece based on current reviews. It did not work for me. It took a few days to acclimate myself to its use. The mouthpiece starts fine when dry; it suctions itself into the mouth and keeps it closed. However, after a few hours in the mouth, the suction no longer is effective and it’s difficult to keep the mouthpiece in place. I even tried taping my mouth after inserting. My wife complained that I snored louder than usual. This just wasn’t worth the cost or the effort.

Title: High Quality, Easy to Use, and Totally Worth It!
Review: Honestly, super impressed with this. The quality of the materials feels legit, like it’s definitely built to last. Nothing really to setup even, you're good as soon as you open the box to use it -- barely needed to look at the instructions, and it performs way better than I expected. For the price, I’d say it’s totally worth it. The design is sleek too and it’s really comfortable to use for long stretches, which are a huge bonuses. Highly recommend!

Title: Life saving piece of plastic ?!
Review: It is 4am as I write this. I'm as shocked as you are. I am so well rested I woke up early. I don't have a headache for the first time in months. Did this piece of plastic just save my life? I was looking into cpap, dentists, orthodontics, surgery. I had already spent thousands on devices, pillows and even a new mattress. I anticipated months worth of treatment and thousands, tens of thousands of money, and dozens of doctors to be seen. As I await the traditional medical route, my sleep apnea got worse and worse to the point that I dreaded going to sleep, knowing I would toss and turn and wake up gasping every hour, minimal. Out of desperation, I finally decided to use the night version of this because I just wanted to do something different, even if it was just a placebo (I didn't think this would work because it was so flimsy and one size fits all)Well I just woke up at 4.30AM from 11:00pm. I got up to use the restroom. I was shocked. I wasn't dizzy. I didn't have a headache. My tongue actually remained at the roof of my mouth, and the piece was still in my mouth, meaning it worked. Everything stayed in place. My mouth isn't dry. And I'm definitely nose breathing. I'd like to sleep a little more and may update this post again later, especially with my Fitbit results. But I did not wake up at night, at all. And I am actually forming coherent sentences on the review, which is shocking, as lately my sleep apnea had worsened to the point that it had signficantly affected my cognitive function.I am so impressed that I want to actually use this device faithfully now, meaning to use the day time version too. My mind is so shockingly clear.

Title: Helps you breathe through your nose
Review: Mew X comes with a white mouthpiece for daytime use, and a black one for night. It definitely trains you to breath through your nose. The black one comes with string to wear around your neck so if the piece falls out at night it is easily found. This mouthpiece is very soft, no sharp spots to cut your gums and there is no irritation. The cons are my jaw got a little sore, this could improve the more I use it. To be fair I do have a history of TMJ and I clench my teeth a lot. Another downside is prepare to drool in your sleep!If you can keep it in it will help with snoring. However, if you have sleep apnea this is probably not going to be an alternative to your C-Pap as the Mew X does not bring the lower jaw forward.I will give the product a little more time, I really want to make sure I give it a proper chance.

Title: Seems to work!
Review: I bought this for my husband whose snoring wakes me up at night to help me get some much-needed sleep and improve his sleep quality. We’ve tried mouth tape before, but it always comes off in the middle of the night. I was initially worried this might be uncomfortable for him, but he says it’s fine. He’s used it for two nights so far, and it seems to be working well! He hasn’t tried the daytime trainer yet, but it looks promising. I also appreciate that this set focuses on training nose breathing, which gives me hope that we’ll eventually be device-free.

Title: No more waking up with a sore jaw
Review: The prosI bought this for my teeth grinding. I have never had a comfortable pair or sleep guards that I haven't destroyed. What I like about this is the material is soft. Its easy to put into position and comfortable. I didn't buy this due to snoring can't speak to that. But it worked for my teeth grinding and opening my airway due to better positioning.The con.Not sure if it has to do with the material but it dried to my lips when I woke up. That felt a bit strange. Could be due to my climate as I live in the desert and it is pretty dry.
