Title: Great book
Review: If you’re like me, I’ve always look forward to the old classic movies. This book gives some very interesting background info on the actors, directors and others. If you like movie history, you’ll like this book. Enjoy!

Title: You can't get an unanimity, but this list is perfect
Review: This book is perfect for CHRISTmas movies aficionados like me.As I said in the title, you can't get unanimity in a list, whatever is the subject of that. But this list is almost perfect.I don't agree for example with "Die Hard" being there and "It Happened On Fifth Avenue" not. If it was the case, you should include then "Lethal Weapon" the first. It happens during CHRISTmas season and start and finish with CHRISTmas music.And in each movie showed in the book, they have not only the plot but also some interesting inside story.I disagree completely with some reviews that define this book as a just another coffee table book. Not at all.

Title: the making of the great films
Review: even with the very few I didn't personally believe belong in this group I found this a wonderful and entertaining book. the little things in the information given for these films are what is most interesting. who was supposed to star, and didn't, who began directing a film, but did not finish, and who....well, you get the point. sometimes its it little things that complete the whole picture. fascinating. enjoy!

Title: A really fun read.
Review: I found this book delightful. I loved reading about all the holiday films, as a lover of Christmas films I felt I had to read this book. I’m sure in the thirty films this book highlights somebody’s favorite was left out. I questioned a few omissions myself, but overall I thought the thirty they did pick were a good variety of films spanning from the nineteen thirties to the early two thousands. The pictures were lovely, the snippets and facts about the films were interesting, and the layout of the book was solid. It was never dull for me. I loved it. It’s also a great read for folks if their interested in discovering some classic Christmas movies that aren’t as well know today.
