Title: Do it yourself and save $$
Review: If you're handy, this is an easy fix to replace the motor on a pool pump. Pump seems of good quality and wired up easily. It's very quiet. When it is running you can easily hold a conversation while standing next to it.Note to self: when the running pump is loud enough to easily notice inside the house, the motor is a goner.

Title: Total lack of customer service
Review: Motor works fine. But screw that holds the end cover which covers the electrical connections was broken. I wanted a replacement shipped and I would return the broken one. But they wanted me to disconnect and ship back and wait for another one. So I would have to go better than a week without circulating my pool. And for my extra trouble of having to disconnect and reconnect twice and be without a pump for a week, they offered no discount.

Title: Strong, reasonably quiet motor
Review: Actual Century motor which replaced my old dead pool motor of the same brand. The new motor generates less noise than the old one with 10% more horse power (2.2hp vs 2hp). Installation was easy. I did it in the evening that it arrives. Adding shock, brush, and ran the new pump for 24 hours then I have a nice clear pool to swim in again during these hot summer days.
