Review: There is so much that comes with this game I love it! I’m still working on the mystery it was that much. It’s very fun to play alone or with others. I suggest really being in a quiet area to play so you can focus.

Title: A GREAT TIME!!
Review: My family and I acted as the VSPD Cold Case team and for a couple of hours we had a GREAT time playing who done it! This game is very in-depth with old news paper articles, crime scene photos, medical reports, maps, etc. If you love true crime and want an engaging night with family or friends, this game is for you. BE FOREWARNED! This game will take a bit of time to get through, but that just adds to the fun of having people follow their theories!

Review: Done many of these would rank this as 1 out of 10 for difficulty to solve. The information is pretty well put together. The solution and the directions are written in more of a novelty way acknowledging that it is a game compared to others where they fully commit to the emersion. Title: Quite expensive, but fun!
Review: I ordered this for my boyfriend and I to have an activity to do together. It required a lot of reading and concentration, but it was quite fun. I hope to buy more in the future, I just wish that they weren't so expensive.

Title: Fun!
Review: This is my very first murder mystery in a box. Bought this to have a game night with my friend. There was just the two of us and we read it out load, took notes and lot of breaks so it it took us about 4 hours (we were in no rush at all). The clues are good without being patronizing. The websites for extra clues and the solution and epilogue are good. I really like the quality of the evidence and the story line makes sense. I put it back together neatly and my kids and parents will play it next as you do not have to destroy anything (but things can be reprinted if needed). I would recommend this to anyone and I am excited to play more from this creator!

Title: Fun, LOTS of reading
Review: I purchased this game to play with my family on vacation, a group of 6 adults and 2 kids (8 &12). I didn't really know what to expect, I'd seen these games and heard of the idea before, but no one really went into detail on how the game is played and I think I had unrealistic expectations. The whole game is reading a story, in many different formats. We spent about 3 hours, and 90% of that was just reading aloud the notes, crime reports, witness reports, and news articles. You are given a lot of information and it can be overwhelming, but it is helpful to make your decision. Honestly, we didn't actually start enjoying this until the last 30 minutes or so and still couldn't get everyone on the same page, so we just went with the majority guess. Honestly, I think we would have enjoyed playing other board games or watching a crime show/movie more, but you never know until you do right? The kids lost interest within the first 10 minutes, so I definitely wouldn't recommend for anyone young or who has trouble focusing. I think this would be better for 1 or 2 people, who know what they're getting into and are willing to take the time to read everything in depth. I do kind of wish there was a way you could get multiple potential endings/murderers, because now I just have this game I played once and I can't really play again, but maybe I'll gift it to someone else. Overall, the price wasn't bad and they did a great job of organizing valuable information in a realistic fashion - it just wasn't for me personally.

Review: This is the second Murder Mystery Case File that I have bought. I would definitely say this was tougher than the Fire in Adlerstein case file so if you're interested in purchasing one from the set I would suggest starting with that case over this one. However, that stated, this case was definitely just as interesting, intriguing, and fun to solve. Great way to spend an evening with friends. It took us around five hours to figure it out so if you are looking to spend an evening working on it and want to solve it the same night, make sure you set some time aside! Unless, you're a natural Sherlock Holms!

Review: First off this was the cheapest option, and having never tried something like this before I thought why not try it. It took me and one friend 2 and a half hours to complete (that is including a couple of drinks breaks and a couple of other distractions) the detail in the package is amazing, really gets your mind working without giving too much away. The online ‘hints’ were pretty obvious if you’ve managed to work the case properly but can see they’d be quite helpful if you got a bit stuck. Overall a great way to spend the evening, I think if there was more than 2 of you it might get solved a bit faster but either way we had a great night and will definitely be trying more things like this!

Review: I like murder mystery investigation games like this so this is the 3rd brand I am giving a shot (the other two being Hunt A Killer and Unsolved Case Files).Although I have yet to give this a play through, I thought I’d give a quick overview feedback - packaging is as good as the other two brands if not better. The material inside feels and looks well made as well. Only thing is I’d hope the creators include an inventory list of all the items that should be in the box so ‘investigators’ can check to make sure there is no missing ‘evidence’.Price wise, this definitely beats the other two brands but I’d need to have played the entire game before I could say if what the other two brands lose in terms of price point they make up in quality.
