Title: 20 minutes in imax, rest is blu ray blur
Review: The film is fine. Oscar-worthy film, yes. One of the greatest movies of the century? Come on.But this review is about the 4k release. Just like the The Dark Knight trilogy 4k release, the picture quality varies wildly, with most of the film being normal film, and only about 20 minutes worth being imax shots.These 20 minutes are completely randomly inserted in the film, and this not being an action film, the choices sometimes are utterly baffling; it makes sense to include the subatomic rumination scenes in imax, or the Trinity explosion itself in imax, or vast sweeping landscapes of New Mexico in imax, but there's also instances where, for example, we will get an imax shot of Einstein dropping his hat, then it will immediately cut to regular film for the entire rest of the scene.This disc is filled with examples like this where entirely random cuts will be imax (noticeable by being a different aspect ratio, filling up the entire screen on a modern TV) in between the regular film shots (noticeable by having the black bars on top and bottom for a wider screen).As with The Dark Knight trilogy 4k release, only the imax shots are in true full-blown 4k quality. The rest looks like traditional Blu Ray.The movie was fine, I mostly enjoyed it, but what is the point of filming so much of it in imax and then releasing a 4k home video edition if the 4k doesn't take advantage of the heightened picture quality imax provides?If it's a matter of disc space, then charge more money for a full blown all-imax 4k, or just don't tease people with a release like this.

Title: Oppenheimer is a Top 100 Movie of all time
Review: I am a big movie fan from many decades back. I saw this film in Summer of 2023 - two times on the biggest screen available. It is definitely one of the best movies in U.S. cinema history and one of my Top 25 (if not Top 10 though that would be a tough decision). Very deserving of the 7 Academy Awards it won on Oscar Night, especially for Best Picture, Director (Christopher Nolan) and Best Actor (Cillian Murphy). Long movie but really doesn't seem that way when you view it. I would highly recommend this film for anyone 16 years or older.

Review: AND SO DISAPPOINTING HOW THE GOVERNMENT CAN CREATE SUCH A SMEAR CAMPAIGN ON SOMEONE WITH WHOM THEY PREVIOUSLY EMPLOYED. THERE SEEMS TO BE SO MUCH CORRUPTION IN GOVERNMENT IT IS VERY DISTURBING. I LOVE MOVIES BASED ON TRUE EVENTS AND EVEN MORE WHEN THEY ARE WELL MADE.

Title: True story that’ll blow your mind!
Review: This 4K Blu Ray is outstanding in every way.First- The video and audio is excellent! Especially when the atom bombs are going off. If you have a decent to great Dolby Atmos sound system this soundtrack does not disappoint. Your subwoofers will hit their maximum excursion provided you’re listening with Dolby Atmos audio at near reference levels!Audio is extremely important to me, as I want to feel like I was there. This movie will definitely help with that. Just don’t have any loose objects that can rattle of the table or whatever.Excellent plot which sticks to the real story.4K video is fantastic as expected. An absolute masterpiece if you have a system that can really show you what your system is capable of!!Worth every penny!

Review: The best thing about buying a DVD like this is not just its availability for viewing any time, any place--but, for me, it's the bonus material included on separate discs. The movie itself is fascinating, but so is the documented history behind it, and so are the views of the director and actors.

Temas de espionaje, carrera armamentista, guerra fría, geopolítica, etc. Todo esto acompañado de grandes interpretaciones, una súper-producción (fotografía, sonido, música). No sólo es una de las cinco mejores películas del siglo XXI (junto con El Señor de los Anillos, Sin Lugar para los Débiles, La La Land, Interstellar, Birdman, etc.), pero también del siglo XX (junto el Padrino, Goodfellas, Titanic, etc.)
