Review: This is a great dvd to own, it has 18 tracks from. Tavares' "Heaven Must Be Missing An Angel" original video clip to A taste of Honey's Boogie Oogie Oogie , Pilot's "just a smile" and Dr. Hook's " when you're in love with a beautiful woman" a must have for 70's music lovers, the knack's. " My Sharona" really rocks this dvd, worth the purchase get it!

Title: Lots of songs/artists I didn't know
Review: These discs were absolutely not "greatest hits of the 70s." There were a few on each disc (average about 3), but tons of songs and artists I had never heard of. Of the 8-disc set, I found about one whole disc's worth of actual greatest hits. Disappointing, to say the least.

Review: Nothing has been stinted here. There are 8 CDs each with 18 tracks, meaning you get a total of 144 tracks. All the songs are original and complete and not edits. For example, I think it was good to include the long version of Radar Love by Golden Earring at 6m.23s, not just the 3m.43s single. Some people who don't remember or know 70s music may think there are a lot of unknown tracks but I don't think you will find that really, when you hear them because pretty much everything is a hit, of whatever size. And the sound quality is excellent for everything. There must be getting on for 10 hours of music here, so if you like 70s music I'm sure you'll be well pleased.
