Review: I love this little device. It makes it really easy to upgrade my husbands vehicle (2016 suburban) to a hands free wireless system while driving.The box is small enough to hide in your center console and keep it hidden but plugged in. Comes with two types of power plugs.This box is so easy to use, just plug it in and start pairing via Bluetooth and the rest is so easy from there, and this car started working like my brand new 2024.It auto connects to my Apple car play and really works without lag on Apple Maps, Spotify and more.I love that it houses all my apps and can even be used with android auto!

Review: It all sounded great until nothing worked. There is no phone number for support and the item just did not work. I work in tech and still no dice. I wish it did work, but going to just return it and buy something with real support.

Title: Awesome wireless option that has both Android auto and catplay
Review: This device is great. It connects seamlessly to carplay and android auto without having to press a manual button or turning the device off and on. All you have to do is select it from the menu and it automatically switches. The fact it's got it's own android system means android auto and carplay are not really necessary. You can download the apps you want straight to the main screen.Word of advice. Sign into the Google app store and update all the apps that come with the device to make sure you get the best performance.The sound is great and I actually find that the apps playing from the device no longer have the voice and sound off, unlike other adapters.Pricewise, for what you get, it isn't bad at all. You get a standalone module that doesn't need android auto or carplay to function. You can even put a micro Sad card to view your own downloaded content on the screen. You can even put a sim card in it to make it it's own system that doesn't require a Hotspot but instead gives you one.If you're looking for a wireless system, I highly recommend. I also needed some assistance with getting my 2017 F150 to update and got assistance almost immediately. I've used the companies proucts in the past and have never had any issues.

Title: Very impressive little unit.
Review: If you're looking for the most compact small video player, this thing is what you're looking for it's extremely easy to plug in and hook up. Take seconds to install and get up and running. Has all the options that you want for watching movies and playing them on your vehicles infotainment center. I was a little skeptical. I didn't think it was going to work, but I'm very amazed. How easy and simple?It was great product.

Title: Great Device. Just not Compatible with non-touch screen vehicles
Review: Vehicle: 2023 Mazda CX-5 (Non-Touch Screen)Pros:1. The product packaging is great. Once plugged in and loaded, the interface is beautiful. I love the fact that the user interface is customizable. It gives you the opportunity to personalize and tailor your experience. You can also add the most desired/used apps directly to the product Home Screen for ease of access.2. You have four interface options. - 1. The Product User Interface - 2. Apple Car Play - 3. Android Car Play - 4. Your vehicle factory entertainment3. Apple CarPlay worked great. I had no issues with this feature at all. Everything worked well and as expected with Apple Car Play.4. Customer Service is fantastic. Very responsive. There appears to be a time difference, but they will respond within the same day and very thoroughly address any concerns.Cons:The only downside I observed is that I was not able to utilize the product to its fullest capacity. What I mean is that I was unable to actually use any of the STREAMING apps such as Netflix, Youtube, Disney +, etc. Once inside these apps, I was not able to navigate within them to enter login credentials or enter search criteria. The reason being is that my vehicle is not touch screen capable. I was not able to input any information or properly access any fields within the apps with my car's physical media controls. It appears you will need a touch screen vehicle, or a vehicle with a trackpad to access all the product features and capabilities.That is fine and understandable because many similar streaming products from competitors also do not work with non-touch screen vehicles. One competitor sells a separate remote for non-touch screen vehicles in order to navigate and make selections within the streaming apps.This limits my usage of the device to Apple Car Play, Android Car Play, and a few of the apps that don't require touch screen.Customer Service was very responsive and understanding of the situation and offered to rectify things immediately. Although I am unable to utilize the device to its fullest to video stream, I can still enjoy Apple Car Play and the product interface. Those features work as expected. And because customer service has been so prompt, responsive and offered a good faith solution for the limitation, I am giving a 5 star.
