Title: Good memories of many songs
Review: I like to listen to the songs I like very much. There are some I like less but I just skip over those. Everyone will have their own favorites or will like them all. Good old memories!

Title: Excellent Theme Music for the Most Tumultuous Era in the Annals of the World
Review: Admittedly before MY time these two thoughtful artists provide the musical backdrop for the tumultuous 1960s and its wars, social upheavals',drug emergence, and the Space Race. The album starts with te thoughtful, profound:Sound Of Silence which is a song I can fully relate to from its very first line:Hello darkness,my old FRIEND,Ive come to talk with you again. Ever since becoming irreparably crippled from medical malpractice and watching Michigans ONLY Level-One Trauma Center get -AWAY with their ineptitude in utterly destroying my livelihood/ability to work with not SO much as a slap on the wrist,I find my life infinitely more bearable by seeking refuge in the serene solace of my non-conscious, transcendent 1st Manitude MIND. Read:abiding within my fascinating, exciting, wondrous DREAMS. So darkness has INDEED been an old friend of mine since 2011 wen I trained myself to sleep a full 16 hours each day with a wide purple sweatband serving as a blinder over my striking ocher eyes, shielding them from the cruel, encroaching light of Sols rays, heralding yet another day of pure misery on this miscarried world!! Like the narrator says:In restless sleep,I walked along narrow streets of cobblestone; Often in MY dreams I tread the strait, quaint thoroughfares of the ancient capital city of the enormous stately realm of Isronus;august Oxion!! The sound of silence is indeed a haven of great respite from the harsh, cacaphonic clamour of the waking worlds nadir, vulgar, irrational, mocking denizens. :I Am A Rock is another ballad I can empathize with,as being naïve,with a decidedlynadir opinion of myself for 4 decades exposed me to one heartache/rejection after another in a continuous succession since my first emotional trauma in 1988!! I had since then learned to BE my OWN best friend and company!! I thus began to INTRAact rather than interact, and this withdrawal from the vapid exterior to the 1st-magnitude interior did indeed spare me rejection, betrayal and treachery,as I walked in my sires counsel to me of learning to love MYself, before I profess to love for any other!! S,I concur wit:Dont speak to me of love. I've heard THAT word before. Its sleeping IN my memory. I wont DISTURB the slumber of feelings that have DIED. If I never LOVED,I never WOULD have cried!! A rock FEELS no PAIN,and an island NEVER cries!! Old Friends/Bookends swings my mind to the FIFTY+ year friendship of my uncle and his close buddy and family friend Leroy. The lyrics paint a vivid portrait of two friends traveling through the decades together. One line that really brought to mind my uncle and his childhood friend:Sitting on a park-bench quietly;how terribly STRANGE to be SEVENTY!! As in spite of all the wild times of their adolescence and young adulthood together they recount to me,both of them are currently over 70 years-old and remain close confidants after surviving side-by-side through the chaotic times this album pays homage to!!

Title: Classic
Review: I was never a huge fan of Simon and Garfunkle. I recently watched the concert in Central Park and decided to get their greatest hits. Glad I did. The production of their songs was really good. The early songs Simon wrote were far superior to his solo work. Garfunkles voice was magnificent. If you don't have this get it you won't be disappointed.
