Title: Just try it!
Review: I saw this everywhere for about a year and finally decided to purchase. This stuff has been a lifesaver!!Any other deodorants Iâve used are: so sticky, so hard to remove in shower, donât last for more than few hours if that, I still sweat through and smell.THIS STUFF: no sweat whatsoever for at least 8+hours if not more, NO bo smell, no sticky residue or clumpiness throughout the day, no swear stains on the underarm area of shirts and so easy to remove in the shower. The only thing, is that when you go to use it again the next day or whenever, some gets pushed up and I end up with a bunch on the deodorant inside of the lid. But itâs really not an issue since it works so good. Now I just twist it the opposite way after applying so it doesnât seep out

Title: It Actually Works
Review: Iâve dealt with sweaty arm pits for 20+ years. Iâve tried everything on the shelf - antiperspirants (stick, spray, gel), non-aluminum deodorants, clinical strength, etc. Nothing has ever worked. This stuff actually works. Itâs insane after dealing with sweaty pits for so many years to not have any pit sweat! Iâm so excited to wear light-colored shirts without worrying about pit stains, instead of always trying to wear black or dark blue - life changing. I was skeptical, but Iâm now a believer and will be buying more. Yes, it has aluminum, which is supposedly not good for you, but YOLO. At least Iâll die with dry pits. Thanks, Carpe!Itâs kind of sticky, and a little goes a long way. I like the fresh powder scent. It smells like clean linen. I will say, I trimmed my underarm hair a bit shorter, as it was initially difficult to get it onto the skin without using a bunch. If you are tired of dealing with sweaty pits give it a try!

Title: For The Cost, Do Not Buy This
Review: TL>DR Summary:DO NOT buy this product. While I would not go as far as to say this item is a scam, because it is a real product that does what it says, at $18 (what I paid) per 1.7 oz (50ml) this is 5x more expensive than it should be. If you're in the market for this product specifically, I would suggest you get Degree Advanced 72 Hour instead. If you are looking for a "clinical strength" version of this product, get Certain Dri Extra Stength Clinical Strength. Both of which are 3-5X cheaper. For an everyday "clinical strength", go with Certain Dry Clinical Strength Everyday or Degree Clinical Protection, both 2-3x cheaper.Synopsis:Over the years, as I have aged and become more active, my regular deoderant and antiperspirants stopped becoming effective. I would find myself sweating more often and, as a result, the armpits of my shirts suffered greatly. In doing some shopping for a new antiperspirant, I came across Carpe. A friend of mine said that they had used it and thought I should give it a try, so I did. At the time of purchase I hadn't done a lot of research into antiperspirants but, after having purchased, I wish I had as it would have save me a lot of time. While the product itself is decent, the price ($18) and size make this product a horrible value for what it is actually offering. Further, this product is marketed as though it's "clinical strength" when in reality, it's not at all.Application:The product comes as a soft solid. Basically means that it has more of a "lotion" consistency than a solid. The packaging states to put a thin layer under your arms before bed (as do many of these products) although "thin" layer is up to interpretation. But, nevertheless, apply a small amount at night. While the product is quick drying, I did find that "quick" meant several minutes. I didn't find the formula to be irritating to me although it was sticky at times. However, once it dried I had no further problems. I do wish that the instructions made the amount clearer (such as two turns, four turns, etc.) but it wasn't bad.Fragrance:I decided to go with the Coconut Vanilla scent, mainly because it was cheaper at the time I purchased. The smell isn't super strong but not light either, so in the middle. I'm not a huge fan of coconut smells, but I did not find this one to be unpleasant at all. Results:This is where I had the bulk of my issues. This product uses aluminum sesquichlorohydrate as it's antiperspirant active ingredient. Aluminum sesquichlorohydrate is one of 18 FDA approved aluminum salts and is more gentle on the skin. While not necessarily what would be used in a prescription (that would be aluminum chloride), it's effective. The problem that I have, however, is that this product uses aluminum sesquichlorohydrate @ 15% concentration. This means that while this product has a higher concentration than a typical gentle antiperspirant that uses this active ingredient (as it will usually be 9-10% concentration), it is actually less than many 72 hour antiperspirants that use the same active ingredient (ex. Degree Advanced 72 Hour is 16%). In my testing, in fact, this product is mostly on par to slightly less effective for me than a typical Degree Advanced 72 Hour solid stick, with me getting similar (to just slightly less) dryness results. Thus, if you combine that with the fact that it's a soft solid (and thus, more difficult application), costs $10.58 per oz, and contains less of it's active ingredient than a antiperspirant that regularly comes in a larger, 2.6 oz size and costs $5 in most places ($1.92 per oz), this product is borderline scam. If you are in need of this particular active ingredient at similar concentrations, visit your local store and look at the labels. You'll find some 72 hour sticks with similar concentrations. If you are looking for a "clinical strength" version of this active ingredient, Certain Dri Clinical Strength Extra Strength contains the legal maximum of 25% aluminum sesquichlorohydrate. Like this, it comes as a 1.7 oz solid but is usually around $7-8, making it a much better buy for a much stronger product.Overall:Overall, this is not a product that I can recommend, not at this price point. It's no better than a typical 72 Hour antiperspirant but costs 5x as much. And for a clinical strength version of this particular active ingredient, it's 3x as much. If you suffer from excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis) and need something strong, this is definitely not going to be your product. The marketing of the product is good and it has good story, but at the end of the day it boils down to what it's made of and its price point. For its price, it should be much better. I will stick to other products versus this one.

Title: It Actually Works (Heavy Pit Sweater)
Review: As someone who only wears black or dark colors during the summer (hot, muggy, 90% humidity summers) to hide pit sweat marks, this product actually works and changes everything. I can now wear light colored shirts and not have to worry about any embarrassing stains or marks. It even worked during my last 3 12-hour shifts where I do about 30,000 steps on average and have a couple layers on. No sweat, no smell, and most important no pit stain marks. But every good thing has some flaws. In order for this to work for me, I have to apply a generous amount to my bone dry armpits over night, and then reapply another generous amount after my morning shower to again bone dry armpits. With that being said, for $16 I would have loved a larger sized product with more in it, and thatâs why Iâm knocking a star off. Iâm also not a fan of the scents. Theyâre not bad by any means, but I wish they had more options. Again, itâs a great product and you SHOULD buy it.It does work and it works well when applied correctly, and thatâs a life changer for me.

Title: Actually works
Review: I never write reviews, but I felt like I had to write one so people like me know that this stuff is actually effective! Iâve dealt with very sweaty under arms for as long as I can remember, it doesnât matter what time of the year or how hot it is. Itâs something that is frustrating and embarrassing. Iâve tried EVERY product out there. Some have been effective but made me armpits so itchy, burning, and irritated that I couldnât even sleep at night. I was strongly considered Botox for under arms so that I could stop choosing my clothing based on what wouldnât show sweat as easily. I saw Carpe and I figured Iâd try it, but I had low expectations. I noticed a difference the morning after my first application! My sweat levels have cut down dramatically! I only apply this once a day (before going to sleep), Iâve had NO itching or irritation, and Iâd say my sweat levels are at a normal level - I still sweat of course, but itâs manageable and Iâm wearing clothes Iâd never dream of wearing before due to sweat marks. Iâm so happy with this product, Iâll definitely keep recommending!

Review: The product was delivered super fast. The packaging was completely damaged though. The outer packaging was fine, just the product's box was smashed completely and the product was open and leaked as the pics. Havenât tested the product yet. Packaging could be better for this price.

Review: Very effective especially in this hot, humid place. I never really sweat coz i did what the instructions says. The only thing is when I wasnât able to apply it in one night, i perspired but just a little. Iâll still gonna buy this on summer days.Important thing to know for those who wants to buy this: it does not irritate my underarm as compared to driclor. I used at home ipl too so I donât have much hair in my underarm so i guess thatâs one of the reasons why this works for me too.
