Title: Awesome Massage
Review: I am so glad I got this messager! It is amazing and helps a lot to relax the muscles. It has heat, which I enjoy, and is very comfortable, The best is that it is rechargeable so there is no annoying cable to deal with. My whole family is using it now, and we actually fight for it (LOL). One charge lasts a lot, too, and we can get quite a few cycles out of it before needing to recharge. I am already planning on taking this massager on our road trip since there are no wires; it would be very easy to use in the car. In addition, I really liked the box it came with. I imagine this massager would make a great gift, and the box is very presentable. I am thinking of giving these awesome gadgets to my family for Christmas.

Title: A bit unwieldy at for but has good power if you get the right positioning!
Review: This was not intuitive coming out of the box--the straps that go around your arms are sewn on in an odd position (ultimately I ended up not even needing to use them), there is a belt that isn't shown in the diagrams in the manual so I didn't know which side the belt should be on, or how to put it on! Fortunately, I saw others reviewers had the same issue but were happy once they figured it out-- about 10 minutes of frustration later, I finally think I have it on correctly and boy is this thing strong!! 🤯I really like that it is portable so I can wear it while doing other chores (rather than being tethered to one spot). It only runs for 10 minutes but honestly, it's so strong you probably want to take a break between massages! It can run fast or slow, but I like the slow better because it feels deeper on my muscles.It turns on with slow speed and high heat, and then you can adjust those settings as needed. Honestly it was so hot I turned the heat off completely during my first wear, and I usually like heat! 😅It came with the USBC cable but it didn't come with the wall plug, so I have to provide my own brick for it. It had to charge before first use (which is fine but I really like when I can just use things straight away out of the box).This is definitely a niche item (for years I've just used a handheld massager but that puts stress on my hands!) that I'm grateful to have found! I think it'll help a lot with my tension and stress buildup in my neck and shoulders, and now that I've figured out how to wear it, I feel really good about it! I think a lot of people probably get frustrated and return it because they can figure out how to put it on correctly 😅🙏💕Tldr; take the time to get it positioned correctly and it is worth the investment! Maybe they will release one with a longer battery life next? Also, maybe make a video showing how to put this on, to save stress on future customers?

Title: Not your typical massager
Review: This product has great features - heat, two speeds and the fact that you can clip it behind your back so you don’t have to hold it. This is not your typical massager!! After a long 12hr shift, it helps relieve the shoulder and neck pain that comes with being a nurse. It’s the perfect weight and size and performs well.

Title: Save yourself a trip to the spa
Review: What a relief, this is as close to getting a neck massage at a spa as you can get. Two heat settings is an added bonus, the two massage options, and two speed settings, I was able to get an amazing neck massage and it was actually better than the chair massage I paid $50 for, so I am saving money and don’t have to leave my house! The straps allow you to adjust the pressure to fit your needs and the pads are removable so you can wash them as well. It’s very quiet, very durable, and the weight of the unit helps to apply pressure, while the firm fingers feel amazing.

Title: Worked great out of the box!
Review: I am a big fan of massagers but I haven't used a cordless model previously. This particular massager has little "fingers" attached to the pillow for a targeted treatment so that's different from what I've used in the past.Fortunately it came partially charged so I was able to use it right away! Once I figured out which way to place it (menu buttons face out with power button at the top) it proved to be VERY effective on the neck/shoulder area on only a partial charge.I carry a lot of tension in the neck/shoulders so this is ideal if you are stuck at a desk all day and suffer from poor posture and stiffness. The "fingers" in particular really replicate an actual human massage.Since I will also use this for athletic recovery I tried it on my calves and feet (one at a time obviously) - works great and a perfect fit for me but YMMV.It plugs in with a simple USB-c cable (pictured) and the cordless feature is really a game changer for ease of use.For anyone with shoulder tension, or looking for post workout relief I recommend this device. It could also be good for neuropathy or other types of aches and pains. I can't wait for this company to come out with a compact/travel version!
