Title: Good value, quality alternative
Review: I bought this as a gift to leave at my GF's house. Very happy with this machine overall. I will say, the warmup cycle takes a bit longer than either one of my name-brand Nespresso machines, and it does have a stronger vibration when running - I did witness my empty cup start to bounce and slide on the drip tray one time, so we do need to keep an eye on that. I did notice that the little legs on the bottom of the machine are actually suction cups, and if you squeeze these down onto the counter top, that helps to minimize the vibration. It makes a great cup of espresso, for about half the price of a name-brand machine. Easy to assemble, super easy to run. We've had it for about a month, and it seems durable, holding up to near-daily use with no issues. When it first powers on, the first cup thru doesn't seem super hot, so I recommend running an empty cycle to get the machine fully warmed up, which helps to clean it anyway. Once it's on and fully warmed up, it stays powered on for a good while, probably about ten minutes, so no need to repeat the warm up cycle when you're ready for a second cup. So, overall, I do still prefer my Nespresso Citz machine I have at home, but this is a great alternative to the Essenzia Mini, for example, if you're looking for Nespresso Original Line on a budget.

Title: Streamlined, Quiet, and Works Well
Review: This espresso maker is good for small spaces because of its thin width. It is sooo much quieter than the last espresso machine we had, which is a welcome relief in the early morning. I love that it has a dial to select the amount of coffee desired.The one weird quirk is that when I'm doing bigger shots--lungo or Americano--sometimes the machine will start shaking and the cup will shimmy off the platform. The first time it happened I had my back turned so there was a mess to clean up. Now I keep an eye on it when brewing larger cups. A small price to pay for great coffee from a quiet machine. Recommend!

Title: Mixed Opinion
Review: Dealing with the machine is frustrating but it makes a great cup. It’s a compact size. The water temperature is on the hotter side. Crema is fantastic. Works great with the capsules. What I don’t like is it’s poor design. It comes in 6 pieces. The water compartment lid is small so it falls into the water bin frequently. The machine’s small size requires removal of base parts to fit a coffee cup for the Americano setting. (Which I love and why I’m keeping it.) The capsule waste bin is 3 parts which don’t fit together well making dealing with the capsule compartment a complete hassle.

Title: Perfect for one. Not so good for two or more folks.
Review: The machine works well. I had to remove the drip tray to accomodate my mug, but that's not a big deal. One capsule and two squirts of Americano just about filled the mug, and the coffee tastes just fine. For one person this is great. If you are entertaining you will be pressing the button and refilling the reservoir for several minutes.

Title: Very loud but good customer service
Review: Update - thank you to the seller who graciously offered to refund my $. I am still using the machine for now, despite the noise, and I use a heavier cup to deal with the vibrations. It does make a good cup of coffee - just not as nice as my original Nespresso machine.

Title: Was hopeful
Review: Design. 10 ,choice of amount to brew. 10 ease of use. 10..I got this machine about a month ago the machine vibrates so much that the cup fell off the platform twice( coffee everywhere) today it just kept brewing and overfill the cup it has also punched thru the capsule a few times and put grounds in my cup.to late for me to return so be careful with this purchase

Title: Great machine
Review: For years I had a Nespresso branded machine. It was great but didn't make your expresso hot unless you pre-warmed the cups in the microwave (I put water in them to heat, then emptied and then made expresso). Plus, the machine I had did not have different size selections and you had to stop it yourself when it got to the size you wanted. Then I purchaded this one. Way hotter then my old Nespresso, and I think the coffee made with this, from the same nespresso capsules tastes better. I like that I can select the size and it makes the correct amount. No guessing needed. I see no need to get the nespresso branded one.
