Title: Customer Service to the Rescue
Review: Update: new one received, it has a little lock in feature it makes it easy for my toddler to carry th m around in his little belt loop. Still very cute, would buy againUnfortunately ours came missing a ninja piece but a helpful rep was easy to get ahold of and resolve the issue.Our son is happily playing with his toy until a new one comes tomorrow.I appreciate how soft the plastic is to avoid injury to other kids while playing and probably will buy him the whole set with the turtle shell also available on Amazon because buying all of their ninja tools would come out to be more money than the shell set with everything. So value wise its a hit or miss depending on if your kids loves one or all. It's very cute and appropriate for small children and in my opinion very safe to play with.

Title: Great toy for TMNT fan
Review: After searching for TMNT toys that would inspire creative play for my 5yo, I saw this one and decided to try it out. Good quality, mask is adjustable, an overall great price for the quality as well. We loved it so much we bought another for my son’s friend.

Title: Had to purchase twice
Review: I originally bought this for my 1 year old for Halloween. I thought it’d be easy for him to hold while trick or treating. Then my 3 year old got jealous so I had to buy another one 🙃 super fun and completed their Halloween costumes, plus gets extra play from it after the holiday. They’re obsessed with Ninja Turtles rn

Review: the sword looked good in theory, but it doesn't open as expected. you always have to push the button on the handle hard and really swing the sword down for the "blade" to come out. And even then you have to help it and pull the remaining blade all the way out. this toy needs a better mechanism, but good idea in theory. would buy or gift until better version is out there.

Ich dachte diese springt auf Knopfdruck raus...tut sie nicht.Nur von einer Seite nett anzusehen, die andere Seite ist voller schrauben und hohl.
