Review: This scoop broke on first use. If it doesn’t completely break on you, the scoop arm is likely to get out of position so you’re scooping the air instead of the food. Very poor construction.

Review: After only one use the scooper blade was stuck outside the bowl. Amazon has been great in that they have already got a replacement in the mail. We'll see how that one does. I have used a friend's scooper and it was wonderful, which led me to purchase my own. This leaves me optimistic for my replacement. There are always duds along a production line and I'm hoping my first was a fluke dud.UPDATE: I forgot about this so I'm going to update for my replacement. It does a great job. My problem is I refrigerate my dough, which makes it firm. The scoop works better for release with firmer dough but for RA sufferers it is more difficult/painful. I still use it but when someone is helping they get the honor. I really like the consistency of the size and shape of my cookies.

Title: Ice Cream Scoop with Spring Handle
Review: I had been looking for an ice cream scoop and I came across it one for a descent price. I plan to use it to scoop tuna salad when I cater an event and I think this will work out just fine. I like that it has the spring in the handle so I don't have to worry about having to plop the food out, this will make nice round scoops that I wanted.
