Title: Upgrade from Elite 65t
Review: Coming from Elite 65t(which blew out left speaker driver after 3.5 years), I really like the Elite 5 so far. Very compact and light. Great sound, decent lows. Not audiophile quality sound but does the job in the gym.

Title: Well Worth it. Easy BT synch, dual devices, Easy controls.
Review: Well Worth it. Easy BT synch, dual devices, Easy controls. Great for music and TV. Great fit, stays in place.Just a little awkward shapes for installing in ear and putting back in the charger box. Get used to it and these are something I wish I bought sooner. fast easy automati c BT connection to TV or Phone. The ANC and the Hear through mdes are easy to turn on and off and work very very well. The appli cation is very nice too with an equalizer.Just had my 2nd pair of tethered, Bode BT buds go bad. These are an equal replacement .The ANC and the Hear through mdes are easy to turn on and off and work very very well.Thank you!

Title: White noise issues in right ear bud
Review: I'm on my 3rd different model of the Jabra Elite series buds. I had to have the first set of Elite 5s replaced under warranty after 5 months due to a constant white noise in the right bud. The warranty process was easy and had a new pair within a week. Even got to keep the original pair. But the new pair started making the same white noise after a week. It's OK when playing loud music, but is more annoying during quieter sounds. Totally defeats the purpose of noise cancellation... and I'll bet the noise is related to the ANC feature... Disappointing...One hilarious undocumented feature of all Jabra Elite earbuds is that if you drop the case with the earbuds inside, the case will unfailingly fly open and both buds will shoot out like a bullet from a gun. Never fails.

Title: They stay!
Review: I always have a hard time getting earbuds to stay in my ears and usually they make my ears hurt but these are actually comfy and most importantly they stay in! I did have to use the smallest silicone attachments but I love them.

Title: Not what I expected
Review: Was looking for decent ear buds for using with a PC for Zoom, GotoMeeting and Teams meetings. I thought a brand like Jabra would focus more on call quality and less on music so I figured these would be an easy choice. However, the noise cancellation was flaky and the transparency mode just didn't work.Transparency mode is what sold me because I do not like when silicon ear buds don't allow you to hear yourself talk. While that is great for music listening, it isn't (at least for me) good when oh a phone call. I need to hear myself talk (otherwise I end up screaming into the phone because I don't know how loud I am speaking). Transparency mode barely worked and if anything was very unnatural. I do not recommend these for use with calls.

Title: Do not buy
Review: I've never given a product a low review, but these are actually terrible. There was some noise feedback when I opened them fresh out of their packaging that won't go away. You're supposed to pair them and use the Sound+ app to adjust them, but the app consistently gets stuck so I am never able to log in. I have tried all their online articles to try and get my earbuds to reset or actually pair with the app and nothing works. I have spent probably 2 hours now trying to get these to work. Can honestly say this has been the worst user experience for a pretty expensive set of earbuds. Highly recommend purchasing something other than these earbuds.

Title: Comfortable, good ANC, good sound
Review: So far the best brand of ANC earbuds I have tried.Pros:Pretty good noise cancellation, especially considering they are fairly inconspicuous - no need for a huge component hanging out your earholes. And with music or white noise playing, the noise cancellation works even better.Hear-through mode is pretty clear, not too static-y.The microphone quality sounds very good.Kind of a niche pro, but the buttons are super easy to hit with your shoulders while you do other stuff with hands. I've had other earbuds where I had to try so many times to skip a song that it looked like I was dancing to "What is Love"Found out the hard way they are water-resistant, fully submerged one for a second. Still not sure if they are rated to be. Would not recommend replicating.Cons:I'll let you know if I find any...

Review: Got these during Amazon Prime Days for $120ish.1. Fully charged out of the box, had flashing red lights during a half hour of failed firmware updates. Was about to put them back in the box but they conveniently updated & connected. Thanks for the patience test!2. Once connected, sound was noticeably quieter than my “white” earbuds. Even when sliding the volume bar to 75-80% the volume is still too low. Also for some reason, in everything I listen to including podcasts, the right ear is about 15% quieter than the left ear. Defective?3. Sound quality is…. average. No matter the equalizers or earpieces I use, the sound is just not full enough. Highs are quite crisp but mids are shallow & bass levels are disappointing, even when EQ is bass boosted. This is the most discouraging part to me out of everything.4. Because of their sheer size and weight, no matter the earpiece I use, these fall out of my ears more frequently than my “white” ones. I don’t have big ears at all.5. The ANC sucks, the Hear-Through sucks even worse

Customers say

Customers like the value for money, comfort, and fit of the headphones. They mention they're well worth it, not painful after extended wear, and very compact. However, some customers have mixed opinions on the sound quality.
