Title: Excellent Little Machine!! Life Changer!!
Review: I purchased this White Noise Machine for my puppy. I have a 9 month old puppy who had separation anxiety issues. When we would put him in his crate for the night he would cry, howl, bark to the point it was driving everyone in the family CRAZY! My daughter and I would sit by the crate to calm him down and wait until he drifted off to sleep. We also played music while we sat near the crate (his favorite was the Japanese singer/song writer Eve). My dog had his own YouTube play list. While this worked, we could not continue to sit by the crate and we were playing the music over the television. We didn't want to have the television running all night. So, I Googled "best white noise machine" and found this machine in the list. I bought it and when I say it is a life changer - really mean it. Not exaggerating at all. We run the machine and my little guy looks forward to his crate time at night. It's very calming for him. We cover his crate, turn on the machine and he's sleeping w/n minutes. No more crying, howling, barking. No more stress or anxiety. Everyone can sleep peacefully. I love this machine! It's small but it's powerful. The controls are simple and easy to use. It has several white noise settings/sounds and i love that. We were able to match the sound on the machine with the white noise that we were playing for our dog on the television channel so that worked out just great. Our quality of life has improved because of this machine.

Title: sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep
Review: Basic, simple, sleep. Its the same diameter as a 2 liter bottle. Has an adapter that plugs in any standard wall type outlet. The adapter then provides the USB port for the LectroFan's USB cord. Or plug it into any other USB outlet. The cord is about 5 feet long, plenty for most situations.I found the 7 sided geometric design has an advantage many other sound therapy machines don't, you can set it on its side! The advantage then is you can POINT THE SOUND in the direction that best suits you! I found that pointing it away from me makes it a little softer (less harsh) of a sound, almost like fine tuning the volume between the 10 settings. It also allowed me to create a more effective barrier between myself and any other sounds. Yes, it could be knocked over from being on its side, but it would take more than just a bump to do it. The sides are flat and about 2 inches square. To me its stable enough that I'm comfortable reaching for it in the dark to adjust where its pointing and/or using all of the buttons to change sounds, volume, etc.As for the buttons and features, no frills is definitely the way to go for me. Other manufacturers do a wonderful job of marketing and romancing people with rain, waterfalls, meadows, ocean waves and more. However many of these things can actually be more of a distraction versus the steady unbroken sounds of a fan or white noise. In fact the consistent, unbroken sound seems to be another coveted feature of this machine. I have not heard anything other than the sound I set it for, continuously until I shut it off.The top half of the left button turns the machine on & off. It will play continuously unless you press the bottom half of the left button, which sets a timer (60 minutes stackable per press). The right side button is for volume, up & down. The left half of the bottom button plays the fan sounds, the right half the white noise sounds. Each time you press the same side/half of the bottom button (FAN / WHITE NOISE), it will change how that feature sounds.The WHITE NOISE sounds like someone telling you to "shhh", be quiet. It starts low, sounding similar to a slow "shhh" sound. Each press produces a higher pitched "shhh" sounding more and more as it does when you force air quickly from your lungs while making the "shhh" sound. The significant point to make here is that unlike when you say "shhh" with a fast exhale, the LectroFan doesn't get louder (unless you turn up the volume).The FAN sounds are not just changing pitch, but actually sound like different types of fans. This can be a huge advantage over other machines! So if you grew up with a certain type of fan, or lived somewhere with a certain type of fan, there's a very good chance you'll find one of the ten fan sounds will be the same or very similar. I was quite surprised as to just how different and also how accurate LectroFan reproduces the sound of different fans. Plus, for me at least, when I put it on its side I could make the reproduced fan sound even more accurate when near a wall or large object. The sound then reflects off the wall adding a reverb or echoing effect.A final note is just to again stress that the number of features and romantic sounds produced by other sound therapy machines may be more clever marketing gimmicks rather than being truly useful. I think for most (not all) people fan noise and white noise are both neutral and less distracting. I feel the fan sounds are very accurate, and having 10 settings for both fan and white noise allows the user to fine tune the sound for a more personal sleep experience. The unit is small, well built, and simple to set up and use. I highly recommend this item and can truthfully say its money WELL spent!P.S. Mine came in a small cardboard box with a hinge to open on one side. There are form fitting cutouts that hold the machine and adapter inside. To me its perfect for travel and better than the soft travel case you can buy for it, since the box protects it too. Its not much bigger than the unit itself either. Just thought I'd mention it in case you want to save a few bucks.

Title: Best noise machine ever but sometimes there’s a lemon.
Review: This is the best noise machine ever. So much so that I have shared it with everyone I know and they all have them and can’t sleep without them now too!It has 10 brown to white noises and 10 different fan noise (unfortunately not sorted by tone). My favorite one seems to be Fan number six, the attic fan. It’s the deepest toned fan with very little to no variability in its frequency. Perfect for sleeping. I hate the high pitched actual “white” noise, it’s just too high pitched and actually irritates me. But the low-toned fans are the best. The oscillating one is nice too and kind of reminds me of beach waves. The attic fan is my favorite and covers all the noises of a settling house, ceiling fan ticking, cars passing by outside. It has a 60 minute timer that you can click multiple times to add up (i.e. click it five times for five hours).I love it so much, I have bought about six of these over the last 5 years. Gifts to friends, ones to travel with or to use in my guest rooms for visiting family.And unfortunately, it’s bound to happen that I’ve had one dud. I used it for about 4 nights and when I woke up one morning it was just off. I inspected it well and tried unplugging and replugging but it no longer worked. Then I noticed a little deformed shiny piece on the front panel and it looked melted. I took it apart to be sure. Sure enough, one of the little circuits had burnt out completely. I’m thankful it didn’t start a fire. This could probably happen with any electrical device, nothing is flawless. So I think that one just may have been a lemon. No other ones have had any problems, and I’ve had one that I’ve been using since early 2020 every night and never had problems with it. Just a brand new one burned up in a couple days. So just a dud I guess. I just bought a new one and the same color to replace it.

Review: I wasn't sure what to buy - I had previously kept a fan on every night, but I wanted something that wasn't a fan...This has several fan noises and white noises, and I have it set to one of the fan noises every night. It is so easy to turn it on quick (it saves which noise you had it set to), and I have slept through every night since (about a month now). Volume and sound settings are easy to navigate, lots of variety in the volume...If you have issues with background noises like snoring etc, I highly recommend this thing - it is very compact as well, so it doesn't take up much space and would be good for travel.10/10 wouldn't want to sleep without this thing now...

Se puede decir que es algo como un desodorizante que se usa en el baño, que probablemente no es un perfume bonito, pero es fuerte, no es desagradable y su función es ocultar olores más feos.Obviamente si hay una apisonadora trabajando al lado o un escándalo muy fuerte, el dispositivo no va a poder tapar el ruido de este tipo, pero es muy recomendable para personas que quieren eliminar ruidos más tenues, sin embargo molestos, como televisión, voces, vecinos, perros etc.

Review: I have been trying to find a white noise machine loud enough to drown out all noises, and finally the LectroFan device does that. Lots of options, a wide range of sound levels. I cannot recommend this enough if you are a light sleeper and need to drown out noises.

Review: J'ai pour ma part de nouveaux voisins fêtards. LectroFan est vraiment mon sauveur. Bluffant. C'est un peu étrange de dormir avec un "faux" bruit mais sur une fréquence de bruit blanc grave pour ma part je n'y vois pas d'inconvénients.Une excellente barrière anti-bruit.Sans doute très pratique également pour des personnes ayant des acouphènes.
