Review: Pans are really nice not only in weight and construction but in how they cook and more importantly clean. Food does not stick! One quick wipe with sponge and they are cleaned. Nice weight to them which makes them sturdy but definitely not heavy. Would highly recommend

Review: Followed the instructions to clean and wipe with cooking oil before first use. Then not to put water in the fry pans until cool and not to use harsh detergents when washing, such as Dawn Powerwash.These are really non-stick. The silicon handles are great and the way the edges are curved makes it easy to do the pro chef "food flip".The price was very reasonable. To be determined is how durable and long lasting they are, but right now, very pleased with the purchase.
