Title: Works Great!
Review: This pot is superb! This large and deep pot holds a large amount of food. The sides are high and perfect for frying without splatter, it heats up evenly and cleans up very easily, plus it looks good on the kitchen counter. I highly recommend it!

Title: Exactly what I needed
Review: Love this. It’s durable, versatile, and will undoubtedly save me a lot of time, money and space in the long run. I have three teens and need to be able to cook large meals. My younger two are just starting to venture into cooking when I’m at work. I spent a lot of money on the Always Pan a few years ago, it lost its non stick coating in less than a month of use. I have purchased a few cheaper non sticks in the meantime while my teens were practicing their egg cooking skills among other things. They all were ruined in the process. So I bit the bullet and invested in my first two Hexclad items. I bought this and a large skillet. I love that this can be used in a multitude of ways including in place of a Dutch oven. I’ve used it at least a dozen times since my purchase and it hasn’t lost its luster one bit. It heats evenly, it’s comfortable to maneuver even though it’s quite large, the lid fits perfectly, is easy to store, the material is durable and is easy to clean. I can trust it can withstand my twins cooking ventures, as it has thus far, when other utensils have failed.

Title: Huge, even heat distribution, so easy to clean, love it.
Review: I have a lot of cookware, cast iron, Le Creuset, Staub, Calphalon Stainless, Carbon Steel, cast iron, etc. I have looked at the HexClad cookware in the past, and decided not to try it because it looked like the cooking surface was bumpy which didn't excite me.When I saw this 7-quart pan with short handles, I had to try it. This was my first piece of HexClad cookware. I bought it in hopes it would replace a 7 quart Staub Dutch oven that I use often for some recipes I cook in the oven. The Staub Dutch oven is very heavy, especially after adding food to it. I am not weak, but getting 7-quart Dutch oven full of food into the oven has become increasingly difficult. In addition, the Staub pot is deep, and the food was not always evenly cooked.Tonight, I cooked the recipe in this pan that I usually cook in the Staub Dutch oven, and was so pleasantly surprised that my recipe had more than enough room after I put it together. This pan was so much easier to get into the oven, and everything cooked evenly because of the lesser depth. After cooking was done, cleanup was a breeze. Just a little soapy water and done. So much easier than the previous pot I used.I was so impressed with this pan, I have already ordered one of the larger sets of HexClad cookware. Now I have to eliminate, or store, other cookware to make space for the new set. This cookware has a lifetime warranty, but you need to keep a copy of your purchase invoice for any warranty claims.UPDATE 10/25/23:Tonight I made the same recipe described above which normally makes enough for 3 meals for us. I increased the ingredients to be enough for 4 meals and it all still fit in this pan with room to spare. I am really loving this pan.I hope this review was helpful for you.

Title: Versatile, beautiful & practical!!
Review: This pan is so darned expensive!! But because I cook in larger quantities and need higher sides since I am sometimes sloppy on the cooktop, it is wonderful for me. I also chose this for the two handles. My hands are losing strength and to have the stove top with only a singular handle was not what I wanted. And it is great for use in the oven for braising. Nothing ever sticks! The surface is so easy to wash. It’s a no-brainer except for the cost. Really? Does it have to be so expensive. While I might complain about the cost, I love it and use it for a crowd or large quantity cooking.

Title: By far my new favorite pan!
Review: Pan is amazing! Perfect size and love the side handles vs. a large single handle that just gets in the way on the stove. Very deep so you can sear meat and then add sauce and cover and simmer for hours. I literally use this pan 4 times a week for family dinners. Highly recommend and worth every penny
