Title: Absolute dream of a pan
Review: LOVE this wok. It’s got a silky smooth finish that nothing sticks to. It heats quickly, and cleans easily by hand or in the dishwasher. It’s awesome that there’s a lifetime warranty and is metal utensil-safe too. Wish all my cookware was hexclad.

Title: Expensive but lovely surprise
Review: This product is way outside what I would usually pay for a cooking pot, which I is really denigrating this wok. Having watched the Yemani cooking videos I kept seeing this wok and other pots by this company and decided to try it. I’ve been cooking for 60 years and this is the most expensive pot I’ve ever bought, but it is lovely. Easy to season and I have used it twice, but it will be one of my main pots to use. My only criticism is for the price that the lid was not included. I have other lids, but I have ordered a lid because it will fit so nicely with some of the recipes. I’m thinking about. no stickiness, even temperature and at 80 (my age)it is light and easy to use. Recommend but wish they would have included the lid

Title: High-Quality Wok with Great Features, but a Few Drawbacks
Review: I've been using the HexClad Hybrid Nonstick 12-Inch Wok for several months now, and while it has some standout features, it’s not without its shortcomings.Pros:Versatility and Performance: This wok excels in various cooking tasks like stir-frying, sautéing, and even braising. The hybrid design, combining stainless steel and nonstick, provides excellent heat distribution and durability. It heats up quickly and evenly, which is perfect for high-heat cooking methods. The nonstick surface works well, making cooking and cleaning easierDurability and Scratch Resistance: The laser-etched hexagonal pattern is more than just a unique design—it protects the nonstick surface from scratches, allowing for the use of metal utensils without worry. This feature significantly extends the lifespan of the wok compared to traditional nonstick optionsEasy to Clean: Being dishwasher-safe is a big plus, and the nonstick surface ensures that even sticky foods don’t leave a mess. Cleanup is straightforward, which is always a bonus after cookingCons:Heavy Weight: The wok is heavier than most nonstick pans, which can make it cumbersome to handle, especially when it’s full. This might be a downside for those who prefer lighter cookware for ease of usePricey: The HexClad wok comes at a premium price, which might be a deterrent for budget-conscious buyers. While the quality is undeniable, some might find it difficult to justify the cost, especially if they don’t cook frequentlyOverall: The HexClad Hybrid Nonstick Wok is a durable, versatile piece of cookware that performs exceptionally well in the kitchen. However, its weight and high price point might be considerations for those looking for more lightweight or budget-friendly options. If you’re serious about cooking and are willing to invest in long-lasting, high-performance cookware, this wok is definitely worth considering.

Title: Wow, I Love This Wok
Review: I wanted to downsize from my big woks (carbon steel) so took a chance on this one; I was gonna get the Master Star 12" (smallest they make) but I really wanted a bit smaller and this Hexclad was $20 cheaper. I read both good and not so good reviews on HexClad so I was skeptical; out of the box it's just beautiful! After washing and seasoning according to instructions (well actually, I didn't just season for 2-3 mins as per instructions...more like 20-30 mins with several layers of grapeseed oil wiped on); I then let it just do a natural cool down after turning off the burner. I then watched a critical youtube review about the person always having egg sticking problems so I decided to do an egg test. I did a sunnyside up egg first and it slipped and slid all over the pan; then I changed to a low burner and did a french scramble, moving the beaten egg constantly til a very soft scramble was achieved. It slid into the bowl so easily, leaving no residue in the wok. I LOVE THIS WOK!! So much so, I ordered the matching HexClad lid. We'll see how long it lasts, but at the present time, it's a winner and a keeper!!!

Title: A bit spendy, but worth the price...
Review: I am writing this review after purchasing all the skillets, griddle, wok, and 1 qt. saucepan, over 6 months. So, here's the thing. You pay a hefty price for a stainless steel, non-stick pan/skillet, so it behooves you to not treat said pans with care, and not let the care slip, it's only then (if you ignore common care) that you will/might have problems with this product.I did the initial seasoning as required, and then after about every 3 times I use the pan, I heat up the pan/skillet, add about a Tsp or less, depending on the size of the pan, of avocado oil, swish it around, get a paper towel (I use VIVA, more cloth like) then use a pair of thongs and wipe the oil all over. I then let the pan continue to heat up for about another 2-3 min. only then, do I continue on with my cooking. This method only adds about 5 minutes to my routine for the what I'm making.A small price to pay to keep the pans in good cooking shape. With all that being said, I really like all the skillets/pan that I got. With the method that I described, they have all remained non-stick with no problems. And I ALWAYS hand wash the pans. The wok is great for making stews, soups and of course stir fry's.The 8", 10", 12", 12" griddle are all great for a variety of meals depending on what you're making. And the 1qt. sauce pan is perfect for single serve soups. The bonus is that the 12" lid also fits the 12" wok,A win-win...I already have all-clan 2,4,7 qt. sauce pans, so for now, I won't be getting any more saucepans.Bottom line is - if you are on the fence about spending your hard earned bucks on these pans, as long as you use common sense to keep these pans in a good state, you won't regret the purchase...😊

Review: one of the best I've ever used. a bit expensive but worth it. cleans very easy and virtually no burning even at high temps. not too big but perfect for a stir fry. being able to use it in the oven is a real bonus. get yourself a lid to go along with it.
