Title: Fabulous!
Review: I have only used it a half dozen times, but so far this pan is fabulous. It has a heavy enough bottom for good heat distribution without being overly heavy, and the bottom is absolutely flat. The nonstick is great. Clean up is very easy.

Title: Excellent quality!
Review: I have had this pan for a few months, I use it with a gas range. Consistently, it gets a beautiful color on whatever I'm cooking in it. It is slow to heat up, Worth the wait. Holds heat like a cast iron, cleans in seconds. Barely any oil needed with things that stick, like eggs or cheese. The lid is sturdy and fits beautifully. The handles are secure, and the handle on the opposite end is a great feature, as this pan is a solid unit, too heavy for me to lift and pour with a single hand. An oven mitt and holding that opposite end gives me a strong confident hold on it when pouring. A good silicone spatula will get the last bit of food out easily. I enjoy that it's deep enough and wide enough to cook a wide variety of food. You will want a fairly large range for a 12 inch monster like this, but if you have the room, absolutely worth the cost.

Title: Great non-stick frying pan. Weird handle design.
Review: We've had this pan for four months now and love it. It's well built and the non-stick coating is doing great. The only thing I don't like about it, as many other reviewers have commented, is the handle. The handle is plenty sturdy, and looks nice, but it is just uncomfortable to hold. Not sure what All-Clad was thinking when they designed it. PLEASE FIX THE HANDLE! Regardless, I can live with the weird handle given its other great attributes.

Title: Great pan
Review: Great pan. I replaced my previous one after 6-7 years because the finish was deteriorating in the middle of the pan. Lots of use before replacing.

Title: Great for cooking, tough for handling
Review: The first pan I received was scratched, so I returned it, the second pan I received isn't scratched, but I'm still not 100% thrilled with the design of it.What's good: even heating, excellent non-stick coating, stands up to high heat, really nice size, love that it has a glass cover. What's meh: I absolutely hate the handle. It's not well designed for the weight of the pan, in my opinion. The thin, curved metal makes for difficult handling when washing, especially, so I have to struggle to hold it so it can be washed. I would love this pan if it weren't for the handle.

Title: Two years and going STRONG
Review: I bought this in May of 2022 and have owned it for over two years. It is still INCREDIBLE at being nonstick. There is no residue on it and is as clean as the day I bought it. If you take care of it (donât shock it, donât cook highly acidic foods in it, donât use metal utensils) it will treat you well. It is HEAVY but in a good, solid way. Works great on our induction stovetop. If I ever have to replace it, I will absolutely buy this again.

Title: My fav. Pan
Review: You know youâre getting older when you say you have a favorite panâ¦. Nevertheless it is true. I use this one the most and put it through a lot (from toasting sesame seeds to ooey gooey cheesy eggs), and it washes clean in the dishwasher on ânormalâ settings- yay!

Review: After almost daily use for 8 months, I still love this pan. Sturdy, good flat bottom, great heat conduction, and the nonstick coating is as good as new. The one drawback: its weight can make it tricky to hold sideways when turning out food. I've used all kinds of nonstick pans over four decades of daily cooking, from expensive to cheap, and this has got to be the best one yet. Note I have never put it in the dishwasher.UPDATE: 1 year 9 months later, surface has a few tiny scratches but non-stick surface still going strong! Best performance so far of any nonstick pan I have ever used.UPDATE: Used nearly daily for three years. Then I blew it with high heat and no fat. Excellent, durable pan, but I still think the handle is awkward, given the weight of the pan. Will be looking for a pan with a flatter/grippable handle.

Review: We bought this frying pan after reading good reviews and wanting to invest in something that would last - quality over quantity was our aim. Within a month the frying pan actually lost its shape! We have never dropped it, bashed it, and tried to look after it, yet it no longer sits flat on the hob and wobbles.Additionally the shape of the handle makes it hard to get a good grip of. It's a two handed job due to the 'ergonomics'.

Review: I was buying rock brand frying pans for many years. Iâd have to replace my pan every year as they would inevitably lose their nonstick coating even if I only used plastic on them and soft cloths to wash. Got tired of the poor quality and decided to try something different. Saw some good reviews for this brand and I have to say that Iâm extremely happy with my purchase. This pan gets nearly daily use for the last ten months and the coating is showing minimal wear. By this point any rock brand pan of mine would have the coating bubbling off. Very happy with this purchase!

Review: Only thing I donât like is the handle. The edges dig into the hand a bit. I donât see any reason not to make it cylindrical. If I had handled it in a store and not bought it online, Iâd have had second thoughts about buying it. Otherwise, itâs great.
Customers say
Customers like the cook time, build quality, and ease of cleaning of the saute fry pan. They mention it cooks similar to well-seasoned cast iron, is heavy-duty, and cleans up easily. Some are also happy with the heat distribution, stickiness, and value for money. However, some customers have reported that the handle is uncomfortable and awkward. Opinions are mixed on the weight.
