Title: Not heavy, heats evenly
Review: I was surprised at it's light weight, I haven't the strongest wrists; cleans up easily; heats perfectly, prefers lower heat which is how I prefer to cook; I love it's appearance, clean, hammered look, wood handles. Great pan!

Title: Itâs Beautiful & Does Itâs Job
Review: I bought this to use as a Dutch oven. I have a Dutch oven but itâs on the larger size. I cook for one now so I donât need large pans anymore.First thing I noticed upon unpacking is how well it was packed. Nothing was broken or shifting in the box. As others have said, you get a normal sized screw driver to install the handle. (The lids handle is already installed) I too am happy to add this to my tool collection.Second, was how light the pot is. This is a plus as I know itâll be heavier once food is added to it. I made a pot of chicken soup in it and the balance of it once filled was good. I had no trouble maneuvering it. Itâs the perfect size! I also seared the chicken in it before I made the soup and there was no burning. It states to add some oil to the pot to âseasonâ it (like cast iron) and I did. I cooked on medium like it says and had no issues with any burn marks.I hand washed it and added a thin layer of oil to get a coating on it. If you have used cast iron itâs the same. Over time this will help it become more âno stickâ.I love this pot and the collection. Itâs not only useful, itâs beautiful. I highly recommend it!I got it on sale so it was a great bargain at under $30

Title: A perfect pan
Review: I was looking for a deeper pan to use for a dish i wanted to make. After researching, I came across this pan and lid. Awesome surface. The pan comes with bakelite handles which should keep the handles cool. The lid they send with it has a vent un it, is a very durable clear glass. You have to attach the handle, (hint my screw was screwed in where it needed to go, so if you canât find the screw see if it is already where it will need to go) they even send a proper sized screwdriver and the tip of the screwdriver is coated. I am very happy with the pan!!
