USE & CARE

1.When preheating the pan, it's best not to preheat for too long, as the pan can become too hot and cause the eggs to stick.

2.Use an adequate amount of oil on the flat pan.

3.When frying eggs, it's advisable to use medium to low heat. Stainless steel has fast heat conductivity, and using medium to low heat will produce similar heat levels to what you'd get with aluminum cookware on high heat.

4.Recommend hand washing for longer term use. Suitable for dishwasher.

Title: Sturdy and so versatile!
Review: I had been looking to get a whole new set of pots and pans but for a good quality one, it was $400+. I am so glad I found this frying pan because it really does it all! It has replaced my 6 inch, 8 inch and 10 inch standard stainless pans and I really use it for everything. The nonstick is great and does not leave a residue from my food when I cook in it. Fits perfectly in the dishwasher and really has great heat distribution! Would absolutely recommend.
