Title: Amazing Pan, 3 Star Longevity, Amazing Customer Service
Review: We've used the 12" version of the pan heavily for 2 years now. We cook on it almost every day, usually multiple times a day. I estimate that we've made well over 1000 meals with it, probably closer to 2000.It's the perfect pan from a performance perspective. Very nonstick. The sides are angled out and not too tall, just right for tossing food or flipping something in the air if you want to get sketchy. The handle is still very sturdy and the bottom is still perfectly flat. It's just the right thickness to not be too heavy, but it distributes heat very evenly and it feels premium. We never used it in the oven so no comment there. The longevity was a little dissapointing. At 1.5 years I started noticing the first tiny bubble of delamination. At 2 years it's now obvious that it needs to be replaced. We almost always hand washed it becuase it was so easy and never used metal utinsils on the pan. It may have gotten too hot once or twice but there was no immediate signs of damage from that.Longevity considered I would still probably give the pan 4 stars. But the customer service bumps it up to a 5. Within one day of emailing back and forth with the warrenty department I have a new one on the way. With how much we use the pan, if we can get another 2 years out of our purchase price, that's more than fair. I was initially hoping for at least 3 years. I'm very happy with my experience though, so I'll defineitely be looking for more OXO kitchenware in the future.

Title: 3.8 Year Update - Go To Daily Pan - Daily Use... End of Useful Life
Review: 3.8 year update.. Replacing mine used everyday.. unfortunately replacement was mishapen and being replaced, but I've had 3 of these pans and great general purpose pan works well for eggs, bugers, fish and when the pan is round, accepts a glass lid to control spattering.. Highly recommend... and current sale price is right.. so getting 2...3 Year Update: Purchased in 2020 and this is used nearly daily. Coating has some nicks, wear and is coarser than it was new, but still servicable... My wife cooks very hot on gas so this PTFE coating sees a lot of heat history... cleanability is reduced as is the no-stick but still very happy with the durability and qualify.. we haven't babied this pan at all...but mostly use wooden or nylon spatulas and spoons...Really outstanding fry pan.... I've been using for 11 months and put a few scratches in it using a butter knife, but it has maintained its non-stick surface... easy to clean. Great pan for grilling fish, bacon, eggs, everything... with fast and even heating..

Title: Great all-around pan
Review: Good, long, lasting nonstick capabilities, great size, not too heavy, comfortable handle, besides have a great type of slope for flipping ingredients in the pan.. I bought several of these, and itâs the pain I use 95% of the time for sauté or frying.

Title: Excellent Egg Pan.
Review: I am writing this because I am in the market to buy another. Amazon reminded me that the last time I purchased it was December 20, 2020. This means that with regular use, and primarily for eggs, the non-stick surface will last approximately 2 years. - less, really, as we started noticing pitting in the non-stick surface several months ago. I have to say this seems a bit disappointing to me; but my expectations the durability of non-stick pans is pretty low anyway. It is now at the point that we are finding flakes in the food, so its time to replace it (probably over due, actually).I cook a lot. This is NOT a primary pan for me, as I mostly used fully clad stainless. This pan is well built, medium weight, and heats very evenly. The construction reminds me of the black anodized Calphalon, if that helps. The overall performance as a general purpose pan is good (but the i would personally never use it for browning meat if you plan to build a fond, of course). My wife wanted a couple non-stick pans for certain things, most notable omlettes and scrambled eggs. I make egg sandwiches for my 4 yr old several times a week, and the non-stick performs so well that I can let the eggs set as you would an omlette and then fold it on itself so it stays as one "sheet" of egg. Zero stick, zero effort, zero special maintenance. I really appreciate this, and that is why Im buying another. When I noticed the pitting, I assumed that one of us had been nicking it with metal utensils. We tend to use wood or plastic with a pan like this, but every once and a while we may use metal gently to move the food and avoid contact with the surface. I assumed we may have scratched it over time, but the degradation happened persistently , so I need to believe the coating just doesn't last with regular use. Now it's to the point that you can see the material raising up like little hairs, and as mentioned, its flaking off as we cook - no bueno.I would rate this a 5 star pan for general performance at the price point. I am really disappointed in the longevity though. It probably only deserves a 3 start rating for this reason; however, my expectations for non-stick technology is pretty low already. So, I am giving it the benefit of the doubt. After all, i am back on Amazon to purchase another to replace this one. I guess its a $40 expense every 18-24 months.

Title: Bought two almost exactly two years ago - replacing the one for the first time
Review: Bought a pair after "using up" my old pans a couple years ago. Historically we've had a number of non-stick pans from major brands and all fail in a year or less. The one I am replacing today is because it has developed a slight warp - it is still usable just not a flat. The non-stick part is great, size and weight excellent, handles are unmarked. The 12" model has the black "rubber" handle it stays cool and hasn't been a problem. I use a standard 12" glass lid from another set and it fits great on these pans. Great pan and for the price a great deal. This is for the 12" model. This is the larger size but I also own two 10" ones with the metal handles. Same review for both, both kinds of handles stay cool and are as oven safe as the pans.

Title: Best pan ever
Review: Definitely worth the money. Only brand I will use forever more. As long as you take care of it, best non-stick surface. Cleans easily.

Review: Looks good, but it is a replacement for another one that didn't have a lid. The current one is great, super nonstick and great to cook with. I wanted a lid so I bought a second one with lid that I will use when I need it.Now used for about 12 months, these pans last about that long. The coating is still mostly non stick but it has started to break up in places. Gets small marks or holes here and there and then coating gradually gets areas where it has little bits come away. While they last they are great though. For $60 AUD, they are cheap enough to just buy a new one each year. Love the shape and super slippy surface for as long as it lasts.

Review: I donât write review much, only do when I really want to. This is the one of the best kitchen product I purchased. Have been used for over 4 months. Very easy to clean, lightweight, not cheap but definitely worth for the money in my opinion. I like it so far. If i really need to think of one thing I donât like this product is that the shape of my pan is not perfectly rounded. I donât know if thatâs me or anyone else see this too. The up left side I felt not perfectly rounded to me. Posted pictures for the reference. Thatâs how it looked like when I received it. Overall, I still think this is one of my best purchase! Recommended!
Customers say
Customers like the quality, stickiness, and ease of cleaning of the saute fry pan. They mention it's a great pan for grilling fish, bacon, eggs, everything. They also appreciate the heat distribution, saying it heats up a lot faster and more evenly. Customers are satisfied with the value for money, durability, and how great it works. However, some customers have reported that the non-stick coating is rough and visible.
