Title: Powerful Air fryer
Review: Got this to replace my old one which was not working properly and also wanted something made with better material. This one delivers and itâs so powerful compared to the other model we had. It cooks in less time at the same temperature and the food is more crispy and well done. The fact that the inside is ceramic with less chemicals is a big plus! Wash it with warm soapy water twice and run it for 5 mins each time before using per instructions. Itâs easy to clean. The outside is stainless steel and gets fairly warm when cooking. This was a great buy!

Title: My Experience with the Yedi Evolution Air Fryer: A Kitchen Game Changer
Review: I recently had the chance to try out the Yedi Evolution Air Fryer, and I couldn't wait to share my experience with you. This air fryer is unlike anything I've ever used before, and it truly stands out for all the right reasons.Modern Stainless Steel DesignFirst off, the Yedi Evolution's stainless steel design is an eye-catcher in any kitchen. It's not just about looks; it's about smart use of space. Living in a modern kitchen, I've come to appreciate appliances that save countertop space, and this one nails it.User-Friendly LCD Screen & Dehydration FunctionThe LCD screen on the Yedi Evolution is hard to miss, and for good reason. It's not overly complicated or cluttered with buttons. It's clean, intuitive, and packed with easy-to-follow presets. Plus, the added dehydration function is a real gem. I've used it to make healthy snacks like fruit chips, and it couldn't be easier.Impressive 6.8 Quart CapacityWhen it comes to capacity, the Yedi Evolution is in a league of its own. At 6.8 quarts, it's more spacious than most air fryers out there. This means I can cook larger meals or prep for a family dinner without any hassle. The Dehydration function only adds to its versatility.Safety with Ceramic ComponentsCooking safely is a top priority for me, and the Yedi Evolution doesn't disappoint. The ceramic-coated basket and accessories are free from harmful chemicals like PFOA, BPA, lead, and cadmium. It's a reassuring feature that lets me cook with peace of mind.All-Inclusive AccessoriesOne thing I love about the Yedi Evolution is that it comes with everything you need. The included accessories like perforated parchment steaming papers, stainless steel skewers, and silicone cupcake/egg bite pan make cooking a breeze. And the recipe book with 100 recipes? It's like having a personal chef in your kitchen.Healthy Cooking without TeflonHere's a huge selling point for me: the Yedi Evolution doesn't use Teflon or any toxic materials. I can enjoy delicious, crispy meals without worrying about harmful chemicals leaching into my food. That's a win for my health and my taste buds.In conclusion, the Yedi Evolution Air Fryer has truly transformed my cooking experience. It's practical, easy to use, and focuses on safety without compromising on taste. If you're looking to upgrade your kitchen game and enjoy healthier, tastier meals, I can't recommend the Yedi Evolution enough. It's a kitchen essential that I'm excited to use every day.

Title: Great air fryer!
Review: I've had this air fryer for about a year, and I really enjoy it! Easy to clean, cooks food quickly - what more could you ask for? Also, it's beautiful on my counter! I feel safer about my food quality because it has a ceramic coating instead of Teflon. One other item to consider is its large size - not too large, but big enough to cook a considerable amount of food! I originally bought extra parchment liners, but I stopped using them. There's no need! It's so, so easy to clean even without the paper liners!

Title: Ceramic non stick coating means safe food
Review: Come on, who doesn't love the idea of low fat crispy french fries? This is the reason there are literally hundreds of different air fryers on the market. So, why should you choose the Yedi air fryer over all of the others? Well, the main reason is because Yedi chose to use a ceramic coating for their non stick method. If you look at reviews for any fryer that uses a chemical spray on non stick product, you will see complaints of that coating pealing off after time. As that coating comes off, you and your family are eating that coating...even before the pealing becomes visibly noticeable. While the ceramic coating was my deciding factor in purchasing the Yedi, it also is the reason they lost a star on my rating. I feel the ceramic coating is perhaps too thin of a coating. Because of this, I feel that I must treat the food basket and tray very gingerly to avoid scratching or chipping the coating. Is this fear unfounded? I don't think so. When I unpacked my Yedi air fryer, I noticed that the food divider that can be used in the food basket had a light scratch down the middle of it. Not a big enough of a deal to return the Yedi, but still enough to make me worry about damaging the coating when cooking or cleaning the tray. I have had the fryer over a month now, and I haven't had any scratches or damage to the food basket or tray, but again, I am treating it very gingerly. Now, about that ceramic coating. It is simply amazing. I air fried some food that had a glaze that included maple syrup in the ingredients and I thought for sure I was in for quite the cleanup job after. Nope. When I rinsed the basket with hot water, the glaze that had dripped through the food tray and baked on to the bottom of the basket simply slid out of the basket in a single piece! This is indicative of all cleaning...it is quick and simple. One other thing I like about the food basket on the Yedi is that it doesn't have any hard to use latches or locking mechanisms to secure the basket. This doesn't mean that the basket isn't securely attached to the fryer when cooking. It takes a little force to insert and remove the basket into the fryer. This is a good thing as it makes it safe to use as the basket is hot when removed after cooking. But unlike other air fryers there is not any complicated latches on the handle to have to fight with when trying to insert or remove the basket. For those interested in power consumption figures, my kill-a-watt indicates that the Yedi uses 1670 watts when cooking. This drops down to 54 watts when the heating element cycles off. The touch controls are easy to use and understand. One thing I would like to address is the use of Olive Oil in the Yedi. I noticed many other reviewers were upset because the instructions advised not to use Olive Oil. The reason for this is while Olive Oil can be used for high temperature cooking, it has a smoke point around 410 degrees. Since the air fryer cooks upwards to 450, Olive Oil would start to smoke. I don't think too many people would want smoke billowing out of their air fryer when trying to prepare dinner. If you want a healthier oil to air fry with, just simply use Avocado Oil as it has a smoke point around 520 degrees. The included cookbook has quite a few good recipes in it and is useful to give you an idea as to how to adjust cooking times for the air fryer. However, there will be a little bit of an adjustment period learning to cook with an air fryer if you haven't used one before. The Yedi is very well built. It is of solid construction and feels of a quality appliance that should last a good long time. I am very pleased with my purchase and hope you will be too.
