Our patented Hybrid technology combines all the benefits of stainless and nonstick into a single pan. The laser-etched stainless steel hexagonal network of ridges forms peaks over nonstick valleys for increased searing capabilities.

Do the handles get hot or are they heat-resistant?

Our stay-cool handles are designed specifically to be heat-resistant. However, shorter handles that are closer to the heat will heat up more quickly. So please use caution. And always use oven mitts when removing cookware out of the oven.

Is HexClad Hybrid Cookware oven-safe?

Yes. Our cookware is oven-safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and our tempered glass lids are oven-safe up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

You can use HexClad Hybrid Cookware on virtually all household stove tops including gas, electric, glass, and induction cooktops.

Review: These are incredible.As someone who cooks every day, these are honestly a godsend. I had my old all clad set for a couple of decades and decided I needed to get some new pots and pans. I’m thrilled I went with these.As others have mentioned, you do need to season these pots before you use them. I actually seasoned my pots 2x before I actually cooked anything in them.These are a delight. They only require a medium-low level of heat on my stove, cook things well, and absolutely nothing sticks to these pans. My egg game has never been better!!They’re also relatively lightweight, and a breeze to clean (I use a scrub daddy on mine —I’m just one of those folks who never puts a nonstick pan in my dishwasher). My parents also have these and swear by them.While they ain’t cheap, they’re 100% worth it. I’m in love with them!

Title: Great Pot Set! Seriously!
Review: You will find that you will cook on lower heat with these pots. The heat is absorbed quickly and evenly and you definitely won’t need to use high heat even searing a steak. Wash up is a breeze. One ad has a person using an electric mixer in the pot, I don’t recommend doing that. I did and now have a tiny nick in my 8 quart pot. I’m really pleased with this set and with Hex-Clad in general. I like the look, functionality, durability. I bought on Prime Day and got a good price also. I give this set 5 stars. I have ordered the wok with a manufacturer discount and I hope I like it as much.

Review: I love everything about these pots! The weight shows their quality! They’re really not that heavy! Cooking ground beef & sausage finally comes out crispy! W/all my other sets it was more like boiled ground meat. I make a 7 hr sauce It usually takes about an hour to clean the pot! Not w/these pots! Wipes right out!!! Soooo easy to clean!!! All of my food comes out better! These are very much worth the money! I know after a cpl months of using this is the last set I’ll have to buy! I also bought a couple 1 qt pots one of the best things I've done! Thank-you Hex clad!!!

Review: Our kids have had these pans for years. They still love them so we made the purchase. They are very nice. Heavy, stay hot longer and are to be used on medium high but not high heat. They dont need high heat. Nice that i can add on to the sets for holidays
