Title: Great Pan for Induction Surface
Review: Wow...Cuisinart hit a home run here. Heats up fast, like induction should. Even heating, like a good pan should, and cleans up like a nonstick pan should. Five stars all around. It is my new go-to everything pan!

Title: Eggs, Eggs And More Eggs...
Review: I am a longtime user and proponent of tri-ply cookware. I believe that there is no cookware that offers the overall performance of tri-ply. Unfortunately, tri-ply has one food nemesis: EGGS! It's impossible to keep eggs from sticking to a stainless steel surface. Enter this 7" wonder pan. Zero sticking and that's no yolk (pun intended). Always use silicone utensiles because there is one thing that I've learned through the years; all non-stick pans will scratch using metal, nylon or wooden utensils. If you're watching your cholesterol there's no need for a lipid to insure proper cooking. I personally enjoy a little bit of butter for flavor but don't use cooking sprays as the propellant causes a build up of film which will actually reduce the pans non-stick properties. Also remember to cook on a lower heat as the aluminum disk maintains a very high temperature level. Clean-up is easy but I'd recommend hand washing to increase the life of the non-stick coating. This is a fantastic single use pan and a great buy.UPDATE: February 22, 2019I'm going on three years with this pan and it still looks and performs like new. There's no scratches on the non-stick surface (I ONLY use silicone and diligently hand wash) and I keep the stainless sparkling with a little Beekeepers Friend on a Scotchbrite pad. This is one of the best kitchen purchases that I've ever made!

Title: Great everyday pan
Review: Had to replace this pan, this is newer model. Last one swelled up on bottom separating the bonded metals but I really cooked it to death.

Title: Great Large Skillet!
Review: This review is for all you glass-top stove owners out there. I like having a large nonstick skillet with a helper handle for things like pancakes, sauteeing without crowding the pan, making omelets, and many other kitchen tasks.I bought a Farberware skillet a year and a half ago, but almost upon the first use, it warped, making it almost useless on the flat surface of the stove. After putting up with that for many months, I decided to treat myself to the Cuisinart 12" model. I've owned a Cuisinart stainless steel pots and pans set for three years, and I've been very happy with the quality of that set, and this nonstick has not disappointed. It sits perfectly flat on the largest burner on my stove, heats up quickly and evenly, and responds to temperature changes as quickly as I can expect. The nonstick coating seems to be durable so far (I only use nylon utensils on my nonsticks, but sometimes my wife isn't so caring), though I will say it's not quite as non-stick as some of my other pans (make sure you have some fat in the pan when frying eggs, for instance), but it does the job well enough. Conclusion: If you need a large nonstick skillet that won't warp on your glass top stove, get this guy.

Title: Stays hot.
Review: When making eggs or anything that requires adjusting the heat, you need to be careful. The bottom retains heat for a while. Aside from that, the pan is non stick and nicely weighted.

Title: GREAT SKILLET
Review: i have gone through the granite and made for TV skillets and found them to be light weight and cheap.I have used my Cuisinart 10" for about two years. No pot holder or towell is required due to the long handle. The tall sides allow me to stir the food by quickly sliding back and fourth. I was hesitant on buying a skillet with the no-stick coating but find it to be very helpful and there is no evidence of any coating coming off. I also have an eight inch Cuisinart I use to make omelets and cook smaller meals. I am very satisfied with both and use them almost daily. I have a nephew that likes to cook and just started living in his first house. He is getting by with cooking utensils given to him. I bought a 10 inch Cuisinart skillet. He was quick to recognize the quality and has told me how much he likes it.

Title: Buen ArtÃculo

Review: This is a great skillet. It heats evenly and cleans easily. The helper handle is good to have for such a large pan. Nice quality too. I wanted a 12 inch skillet so that an expensive lid I already had would work, and it fits perfectly.

Review: I've only had this for a couple of weeks but so far, so great! Seems sturdy but is light and easy to handle! Always important for me for pans to be able to go from stovetop to oven and this one does the trick!

Review: El sarten esta genial, muy bueno para calentar poca cantidad, un acabado excelente no es pesado y calienta muy bien. Solo que hubo que esperar a que llegara tres semanas, pero por el precio vale la pena la espera.
