Title: Gorgeous skillet
Review: Wonderful, hefty, well-balanced. Heats evenly but almost too heavy. Handles on cover and skillet get hot so use protection. And keep it out of the dishwasher, it will eat the finish off. Made that mistake with a smaller pot and not chancing this one. Wash by hand, unless you dont care how it looks.

Title: Large, nonstick pan
Review: This is an exceptional nonstick pan. Fries and cooks food like a charm. Love the fact that it comes with a well-fitting cover. Food does not stick to the coating, making it easy to clean. A word of caution though, it is *quite* heavy. That’s the only downside I have encountered so far.

Title: Very good nonstick 12” pan
Review: Likes: super nonstick surface, easy to clean, oven safe, has weight to it and not a cheap thin throw away pan, large 12” with lid. Almost none of these skillets come with lids - this was a major decision point for me buying this one. Universal lids sold separately universally don’t fit any pan correctly. I don’t always use a lid when using a skillet; but when a want a lid I should have a lid. MAJOR selling point for me here.Dislike: the rim around the lid is shallow and if pan is tilted can slide off easily. This is primarily only an issue when putting the pan away through a narrow cabinet door not when cooking. This is minor however.

Title: Great pan
Review: Very well made. A bit heavy but that speaks to its quality. Heat distribution just fine. Nonstick is effective. Wish a lot of these kitchen products such as this pan and quality cutting knives were not recommended to handwashing only. Works, but would be a heck of a lot more convenient to pop them in the dishwasher as most others are these days.

Review: This is an excellent skillet and lid, I just didn’t realize how big a 12” skillet was. If I had it to do over again I’d get the 10” which would fit better on the burners of my stove.
