Title: This is my go to notebook at this is the least expensive.
Review: Great color. Came fast and perfect new condition. I used this in high school and college to take notes. That was about 50 years ago. Love the 5 pocket sections dividers. However I kept buying this notebook AFTER college, to journal in, to process my life. Helped being my diary. It's the traditional and ever customary weight and size. Tearing the perforated pages out is more difficult if I use it for hand letter writing. Tough to get the paper left behind, that stays inside the spiral. If that's it's only problem, I don't really mind. Performs wonderfully, as designed, otherwise. Perfect notes for anything = college, diary, journal, important ideas, purchase products and purchase orders, information documentation. Lists of attributes, positive/negative rationalizationds. Legal ideas and medical questions. Working through feelings and understanding of happenings and purpose. Works through difficult and good times. Looking back can help in self discovery and personal awareness/psychological therapy. If you need to rant ... Write it down = don't get mad at others in deed or action. Don't get mad at yourself. Put it down in writing. And keep it to yourself. It has helpede to process and stretch myself. Journaling is mindfulness.

Title: Super easy for organizing and lots of pages so you don’t have to keep re-buying notebooks
Review: I use these every day to write in and I love them. They are a little bit bigger and super sturdy. Worth the price for sure and will be continuously buying them every time I need a new notebook I like the sectioning in the notebooks for different subjects so it’s almost like having more than one notebook in one!

It was extremely sturdy and I absolutely loved how easy organization of my notes were due to the folders inside. There was plenty of pages and I did not run any of any pages.
