Title: Plenty of Tunes
Review: I ordered this because I'm a big Bonnie fan and my sister isn't going to give me her copy! A comprehensive collection of her best work from other albums. If you like Bonnie, you'll want this CD.

Title: Great collection!
Review: This album is IMO the best of Bonnie Raitt. I never get tired of listening to it. It would definitely be one of my "desert island discs".

Title: The Lady Sings The Blues!
Review: This collection of "oldies" proves once again how great Bonnie Raitt is--and has been for longer than most people have been alive. "Love Me Like a Man," "Angel from Montgomery" and "Runaway" are totally worth the price of admission. For a girl born into a prosperous show business family, Bonnie Raitt has the blues down cold, and she's a helluva rocker and slide guitarist, too.The four stars instead of five is solely because I ordered this in mp3, which just doesn't quite do it on some of the guitar licks. If you're a geezer, you've probably loved her stuff for a generation. If you're under 30, it's time to discover what this woman can do.

Title: Everything you need to know about Bonnie Raitt
Review: Finally I returned to her 'roots' music. This is where she came from. Give it Up, Under the Falling Sky, Love has no Pride (Lowell George on slide), these are wonderful, perfect songs and performances. Still gives me a thrill. All her work is good, but the first 5 albums were awesome, even if the fame did not come until later. Also excellent versions of 'Guilty' (remember when Randy Newman wrote interesting songs instead of for kids movies?), Angel from Montgomery, and Runaway.Kick back and enjoy the Glow.....

Title: Nobody like Miss Raitt
Review: I love her early stuff since that is when I started listening to her, waaay back when. She has an incredible voice and this collection shows off her blues chops and her sense of humor. She can make you cry sometimes, and I think she is one of the most talented women in the rock world. Check out the Stevie Ray Vaughn tribute for a real treat.

Review: seit Jahren gut.

Review: This CD, arranged roughly chronologically takes tracks from Bonnie Raitt '71, Give It Up '72, Takin' My Time '73, Streetlights '74, Home Plate '75, Sweet Forgiveness '77, The Glow '79, Green Light '82 & Nine Lives '86. This 20 track collection serves as a great introduction to the blues tinged music of Bonnie Raitt. Sure people who own all the original albums will argue over what tracks should've been included, but for the uninitiated, this is a great place to start, and it comes with an informative 32 page booklet giving you all the info you need on the tracks on this album. Just need Vol 2 a collection of the 9 albums '89 to '22 now!
