Review: You get more than barbeque recipes. This book answers the what and how to's in barbequing. In addition to the marvelous barbeque recipes, you get regular food receipts, including some "old fashioned" recipes; I love the stories. This is a terrific cookbook, one of the best/most comprehensive ones I've had the pleasure of buying or seeing.

Review: We have been to Bludsos Restaurant ourself back in 2019. Kevin had a photoshoot back then when we ordered something in his restaurant. Sadly we didn't know he was the owner back then and we where setting next to him. Until we saw his Show on netflix. We had to order this book and we never regreted it. Doing real barbecue like in LA or texas isnt a common thing in germany. We tried a few recipe already and some rubs. Highly recommend!No joke, but we had a few cookbooks already but with this one, every recipe was just perfect and easy to handle.It also includes a good variaty of recipe and pictures. I would buy it again every time.Well made!
