Review: they said the bread whisk & scorer tools made the whole process a lot easier, and the canvas lining helps keep it all clean. overall it's very high quality & would definitely recommend it as a gift for beginning bread makers. only thing to note is that it doesn't come with any kind of bread recipes or instructions so you'll need to find that stuff online -- easy enough to do though.
