Title: Donât hesitate! Dean at his best!!
Review: First of all I tend to buy albums that are 18 gram as they usually sound better. I have a high end stereo and turntable and I always cringe when I play a brand new album with surface noise and ticks and pops. This album sounds amazing with zero surface noise! Now the song selection is perfect with 20 of his most popular songs. Do I have these songs on other albums? Yes but they sound better on this album plus the arrangements are different than other albums. If youâre on the fence on this one donât hesitate, this one is a keeper!

Review: I would like to respond to Nick Duerden for his editorial review. Where have you been man, on the moon? Dean Martin did not die of cancer, it was Emphysema and for a "lounge singer" as you put it, he sure left his mark on TV, Las Vegas and in the music world. Don't sound like a "drunk" to me.

Review: This is a sixteen track Dean Martin cd, on the Fun label, the actual cd is made in Sweden, maybe it is a Swedish import issue I am not sure, as I bought it second hand. I have as yet to play it, as it is not in great condition, but for any other interested buyer, I can tell you that I love this cd for it's song content alone. Here is a rundown of the sixteen tracks, "Everybody loves somebody" "That's Amore" "The door is still open to my heart" "Detroit City" ""Your nobody till somebody loves you" "Somewhere there's a someone" You'll always be the one I love" "Little ole wine drinker me" "In the chapel in the moonlight" "Houston" "Y0u've still got a place in my heart" "In the misty moomlight" "Volare" "Memories are made of this" Return to me" and "Send me the pillow that you dream on" I love this cd, which has a nice choice of songs, the country songs mostly recorded on the Reprise label I suspect, and the remainder probably recorded on the Capitol label. A nice and varied cd and if you are a Dean Martin fan, a nice addition to your "Dino" collection. Mrs. M Walsh.
