Title: The Greatest, Greatest Hits !
Review: This is not the only Greatest Hits C.D. available but it is the best without a doubt as it illustrates songs like "Jolene" "Heartbreaker" "Love is like a butterfly" as well as the later hits like "Baby I'm Burnin" and "9 - 5".Also though her rendition of "Save the last dance for me" which suits her voice so well and a song most associated with Whitney Houston but written by Dolly .. "I will always love you" and while Whitney sings it amazingly, the sentiment of it is very much more apparent in its writers version.Also my favourite duet with Kenny Rogers "Islands in the stream" features as do two of my most favourite Dolly Parton songs "Here you come again" and "The Only One"! So if you are looking for a C.D. of the greatest of the greatest by Dolly ... in this collection you have found it for sure !

Review: My daughter made me buy her a record player for Christmas. Crazy. She likes Dolly so I bought this Dolly Parton greatest hits LP. She’s played it several times so far. It has 9 to 5 and some other ones I know. Great.

Title: Very interesting.
Review: I never heard most of these before. I heard Letter to Heaven on an old 1967 compilation album, "We'll never forget, songs from Hillbilly heaven", usually cover songs of known artists.I looked it up on YouTube, and it was Dolly Parton, and then checked Amazon, and came across this collection. I gave it 4 stars, only because the sound quality isn't the best, but that might be because of the recording studios. But still enjoyable to hear Dolly's earliest recordings. Puppy Love was recorded when she was just 13, if I read correctly.

Review: カントリーでは言わずと知れた DOLLY PARTON ですが、カントリーのみならず彼女の唄声は大変に幅広い。緩やかな曲調も良いのですが、彼女の場合は明るいリズミカルな曲調の方がより際立ちます。また、他のアーチィストとの共演や映画出演などでも多彩な活動をしていた事も彼女の作品に反映されていたのではと思う。本作は1968年から1980年に出されたの作品の中から収めた全16曲で、名曲2．I WELL ALWAYS LOVE YOU や、6.HERE YOU COME AGAIN 同名映画の9．9TO5 など未聴な方にはおススメなBESTです。(歌詞カードがないのがちょっと残念、購入の人は注意。)・収められた曲はどれもいい曲ですが、私的に 6.HERE YOU COME AGAIN が特に好きで、ピアノの音と彼女の唄声で、とても暖かい気持ちに包まれます。7.のLOVIN YOU のコード進行や 1．JOLENE の唄い出しの音色も良いです。ジャケも好み。
