Title: Good sampler for prospective Tull fans!
Review: Being a flutist, I'd heard of Jethro Tull and Ian Anderson's flute playing. I'd never really been exposed to his music, tho. Finally I decided it was time, so I looked on Amazon for something that was: (1) inexpensive, and (2) representative of Jethro Tull's music. It's rather difficult to find "typical" Tull b/c of the wide variety of their music and the multiplicity of "best of" collections. Among the "sampler" and "best of" collections, this one was the cheapest, so I chose it!I found it good listening and it whetted my appetite for more. Thus I've been buying up Jethro Tull cd's. . .IMO, this is a good starting point. If you don't like it, well, you haven't spent much on it! If you do, this cd can guide you to the Tull sounds you find most appealing and you can buy those albums. Either way, you can pass this cd on to the next potential Tull fan!

Review: Disco/raccolta straordinario, immancabile per gli amanti e non del progressive. Gli anni 70 sono stati una fucina di talenti, i Jethro Tull fanno parte a pieno titolo di questi. Disco consigliatissimo, da far ascoltare sopratutto alle nuove generazioni.
