"I was a burned-out pastor and counselor when I heard Jesus say, 'Come to me... Recover your life.'"
With the help of Dallas Willard who personally mentored him, Bill Gaultiere became Jesus’ apprentice and learned how to live and minister to others in God’s peace and power. With real-life stories, fresh Biblical insights, and practical steps he invites you to enjoy Your Best Life in Jesus’ Easy Yoke.
When Dallas saw the first version of this book he remarked, “This is groundbreaking! Pastors and others will come under this teaching and develop aspects of it in their own ministry.”
"Bill does a fantastic job of helping people understand how to live relaxed, yet empowered lives in the Father's world.”
Bobby Schuller, Pastor of Hour of Power
“Eventually our well runs dry. Perhaps we dug into the arid ground of perfectionism, anxiety, overwork, or self-promotion. Here’s a map to show us where to dig deeply into the well-spring of God’s sustaining grace. I am so grateful for Bill Gaultiere, who lived Easy Yoke before he wrote it. He’s helped countless harried leaders — like me! — drink from the life-giving waters of Jesus.”
Larry Winger, CEO of Provision Ministries
“I took my pastoral staff and elders through Easy Yoke.”
Steve Phillips, Lead Pastor of The Journey Church

Title: Wonderfully practical
Review: I have read many a book on anxiety and found many to be too basic, not very practical, lacking clear direction, or the âjust trust God moreâ type. This book is the perfect mix of Biblical based teaching and practical application. It is a must read for those who struggle with worry and anxiety.

Title: I'm learning how to live & minister to others with invisible chronic illnesses & adolescents who have a mental illness diagnois
Review: I am learning how to live and minister to others with invisible chronic illnesses and adolescents who have a mental illness diagnosis in God's peace and power. Bill provided me with fresh Biblical insights and practical steps that I can use with the online groups I belong to as well as members of the Elkhart County Clubhouse. As someone who was forced into an early retirement because of an invisible chronic illness and as a result lost everything that I had worked for during a 48 year career I'm learning how to live a more relaxed yet empowered life. The most important thing to me is that, from all accounts, Bill and Kristi lived the principles and best practices before Bill wrote the book. If you are interested in digging more deeply into the well-spring of God's sustaining grace and drink the life-giving waters of Jesus Your Best Life In Jesus' Easy Yoke is a must read. As someone who is visually impaired I hope that there is an audio-book in the works.

Title: The 'Heart' of HOW to "Grow in the Grace and Knowledge of our Lord..."
Review: Thank you for "Life in the Easy Yoke." I just started reading it with tears of joy. I don't know how to express just how much your work is helping and encouraging me. I've been seeking God to help me get to the 'heart of the matter' of growing in grace, and like you, studying Dallas's teachings for quite a while now. It's starting to come together in the reality of God in my own heart right now, learning to be honest with him and with myself, learning to abandone myself to him and trust Him in this present moment, and experience His life. I just wanted to express my gratitude to you and share how God is working.

Title: This is one of the most beautifully powerful and practical books I've read on what it ...
Review: This is one of the most beautifully powerful and practical books I've read on what it looks like to truly live in the Kingdom of God. Bill focuses on walking in the easy yoke of Jesus, teaching us how we can practice and train ourselves to walk in the unforced rhythms of grace. Living in Jesus' non-anxious yoke means being relaxed and peaceful. One key way to have Jesus' peace in our heart is through receiving empathy, given from one person to another. "Empathy is oxygen for the soul" Bill says, and helps us feel secure, non-anxious, and free from fear! I've discovered new insights to deal with anxiety and hurt! This book is like a manual, to read over and over again!

Title: Life changing
Review: I expected to get some inspiration from this book but I got so much more! The practical tips about âbreath prayersâ and visualization have been so helpful to me as I walked through a very difficult time. The poem about being a wildflower in Godâs meadow is so powerful that Iâve been drawing a little flower on my hand to remind me of that powerful thought! Thank you for the powerful lessons in this book. I really needed this new way to think about being blessed by being yoked with The Master!

Title: Great book; poorly edited
Review: I have thoroughly enjoyed reading this book! I find it insightful, encouraging, and very practical, and I would recommend it to others wanting to walk closer to God and learning to rest in Him. That said, I must comment that the editing of the book is horrible. It is full of mistakes (missing words, misused words, a word used twice in a row when it was needed only once, etc.). I can only hope that the book will be better edited for a future release.

Review: I loved this book. It has really helped me process a recent health issue that has caused anxiety. I read this book through twice because I missed some things in the first reading. There are a lot of typos, I would love to proof read it for the author as I feel that some readers might be distracted by the missed or incorrect words.Even though there are typos I would highly recommend this book to Christians interested in finding out about Jesus easy yolk.

Review: Finding a rested life does not just happen. It takes deliberate, determined and consistent effort. Thus paradox is aided when we find our rest in Jesus.
