Review: Zwar ist das wohl beste Album von Linda Ronstadt - "Heart Like A Wheel" (1974) - in dieser Box nicht enthalten, dafür finden sich hier die danach veröffentlichten fünf Alben. Die Musik und die wunderbare Stimme von Linda Ronstadt sind ein wahrer Genuss! Beeindruckend ist die Vielfalt der Musikstile. Es wird zudem deutlich, dass Linda Ronstadt eher als Album-Künstlerin einzustufen ist, da sich hier nicht allzu viele Hits finden. Bei letzteren handelt es sich in der Regel um Cover-Versionen. Mir haben diese fünf Alben immer sehr gut gefallen, und es ist wirklich sehr erfreulich, dass diese im Rahmen der Original Album Series in einer praktischen Box erhältlich sind, wobei sich die CDs in Papphüllen mit der originalen Artwork befinden. Anzumerken ist, dass sich hier kein "Loudness War" findet, sondern ein - für heutige Massstäbe - eher leiser Klang, wie man ihn von CDs aus den 1980er-Jahren kennt.
