Some of the biggest hits in the history of Pop music were recorded in the 1980s and live on today in fabulous compilations like this one. Kim Carnes spent nine weeks at the #1 position with her 1981 multi-platinum hit Bette Davis Eyes and Bret Michaels of Poison crooned Every Rose Has Its Thorn in 1988 to spend three weeks at the top of the charts. Night Ranger had hit after hit like Sister Christian while Taylor Dayne became one of the leading ladies on the Billboard with hits like Ill Always Love You . Former Runaway s guitarist Lita Ford brought us Close My Eyes Forever while Debbie Gibson thought about Only In My Dreams for million selling singles. A second British Invasion brought us artists like Howard Jones, Big Country and Modern English and Bertie Higgins had us dreaming about Bogie and Bacall in Key Largo . Thirty Six of your favorite 1980s memories, newly recorded or live in concert in this specially priced collection.

Title: Bad recordings, poor live performances
Review: These songs are by the original artist, but not good recordings, kind of like out takes or something.Live performances, of which the are many, have poor sound quality. A lot of music for the money, but would not recommended to any real music lover.

Review: The CD was. All original artist but we're all recorded live so most of the artist actually didn't sound very good. I would not recommend this CD
