Title: Amazing
Review: I ordered this in a desperate attempt to get rid of an unbearable tension headache that lasted for a month. To my surprise, after using it 3 times in one day the next day I woke up with no headache. I had to turn my neck/head to reach certain spots but it worked way better than a previous version I had. So so happy with this and thankful I trusted the high rating. It heats up pretty quickly too and gets comfortably warm. Instructions say to not use it longer than the 15 minute cycle but I like to use it one more time after the auto shut off and it doesn’t seem to get too warm that way. Amazing product.

Review: I use this almost everyday!! It is amazing and works great. The massage is very comparable to an actual massage and the pressure is perfect. and the heat element part makes it even better. The size is also great because it’s easy to move around or pack on a road trip. This is my 3 one as I have worn them all out!! I have also purchased several for gifts. Will buy again and would highly recommend!!

Review: I work at a desk job and my shoulders are constantly sore. This thing is amazing. It does a great job of getting the knots out. I initially thought it might not be super durable, but I’ve had it for a few months now, I use it often, and it’s still going strong. It works well: it has three speeds and you can turn the heat on and off. Simple but effective. Really a lifesaver for those days when my back is too sore to function!

Title: Leaves more bruises than takes out knots
Review: I really wanted to love this because I have terrible levetor scapulae pain, but I found myself more hurt than helped after using this. The kneading is way too rough and there's no way to adjust it. I feel like I'm covered in bruises. I would look elsewhere if you're trying to help neck or upper back pain because this did the opposite.

Review: I received this less than a week ago and after very little use is ripping at the seams. It took a while to get here, and by the looks of it will have to pay to ship it back to CHINA! What a waste of time, energy and money.And NOW...The invoice from the post office for sending this $50. neck massager back to the Chinese address listed as the only option in order to get a refund, MINUS the shipping to Canada was "$231.36 for Xpresspost International"- $154.91 for Surface Parcel Int'l & $383.46 for Priority WW-parcel!!! So obviously it's NOT going back, and I basically just threw away the price of this defective product! Please be warned if you're looking to purchase this!
