Discover the love story that captured over 20 million hearts in Me Before You, After You, and Still Me.
They had nothing in common until love gave them everything to lose...
Louisa Clark is an ordinary girl living an exceedingly ordinary life - steady boyfriend, close family - who has never been farther afield than their tiny village. She takes a badly needed job working for ex-Master of the Universe Will Traynor, who is wheelchair bound after an accident. Will has always lived a huge life - big deals, extreme sports, worldwide travel - and now he’s pretty sure he cannot live the way he is.
Will is acerbic, moody, bossy - but Lou refuses to treat him with kid gloves, and soon his happiness means more to her than she expected. When she learns that Will has shocking plans of his own, she sets out to show him that life is still worth living.
A Love Story for this generation, Me Before You brings to life two people who couldn’t have less in common - a heartbreakingly romantic novel that asks, What do you do when making the person you love happy also means breaking your own heart?

Title: Great book
Review: It is one of the best and saddest books Iâve ever read. It canât leave you untouched. It makes you re-visit your values and appreciate your life and what is given to you much more. We take too many things for granted and realize it only when we donât have them anymore.Great read. But not light by all means.

Title: This book has all the feels!
Review: This has been one of the Best books I've heard this year! This young girl, Louisa Clark lives a very ordinary like. She still lives at home with her parents and is not in no rush to move out. She also has a sister that chose to move away to college. Louisa had a boyfriend that she spend time with off and on.So Louisa Clark is offered a job for six months to take care of a man who is wheel chair bound. Will, who use to be very independent, making big deals, had worldwide travels and a sports fanatic, finds himself wheel chair bound. He becomes very angry and depressed of his now sudden reality..until Clark comes into his life.A friendship forms. Will and Clark seem to feed off each other by learning different things from each other. Will, who has seen many places and Clark who knows the meaning of family. Their experiences are very different but they somehow collide. This is a love story that will make you laugh, cry, cheer and become frustrated with the characters. I simply fell in love with the characters.

Title: Love and the disabled
Review: This was the first time that Iâve ever read a book about a disabled person. I did not think that Iâd like the book, but to my surprise, I enjoyed the read and I learned quite a bit about disabilities versus abled bodied humans. Unfortunately, most Americans never take into consideration how much the disabled are hurting and how limiting their lives are until it happens to someone that they know.Louisa Clark is an ordinary girl in England who still lives with her family. She has a boyfriend; she is really close to her family members and she is kind of weird. Her family lives in a small e in a town with a large castle. No one in her family makes a decent living wage so Louisa, her sister and parents all have to contribute to the household. Her sister Treena is an outgoing single mother who is just as outspoken as Louisa, but in a different kind of way. After losing her job, Louisa is forced to take a job in which she has no experience. Her family convinces her that she should interview for the job because it pays much more than her last job. She takes the badly needed job working for exâMaster of the Universe Will Traynor, who is wheelchair bound after an accident that left him a quadriplegic. Will is extremely handsome and worldly. He has always lived a huge life with extreme sports, worldwide travelâand now heâs pretty sure he cannot live the way he is.Will's mother, Camilla, hires Louisa despite her lack of experience, believing Louisa can brighten Willâs spirit. Will is not the nicest person in the world since his accident. He has been moody and bossy with everyone. Louisa and Will do not hit it off at first, but after weeks, they become the best of friends. Will becomes fascinated with this strange woman who he would have never paid any attention to before his accident. After a while, the two of them become acutely aware of what the other one desires, and they try to please each other in their own way. Will gradually becomes more open-minded and fun as they share experiences together. Louisa notices Will's scarred wrists and later overhears his mother and father discussing how he attempted suicide shortly after Camilla refused his request to end his life through a Swiss-based assisted suicide organization. Horrified by his attempt, Camilla promised to honor her son's wish, but only if he agreed to live six more months. Camilla intends to prove that, in time, he will believe his life's worth living. After months, Louisa learns the real reason that she was hired by the family. Louisa conceals knowing about Will and Camilla's agreement. She tells he sister, Treena, and together they devise ways that will help convince Will to abandon his death wish. Over the next few weeks, Will loosens up and Louisa begins taking him on outings and the two grow closer. Louisa thinks that itâs working. Will and Louisa even attended the wedding of his ex-girlfriend who dumped him after his accident. The two flirted at Alicia and Rupert's wedding where they danced and laughed all night. Will tells Louisa that she is the only reason he wakes in the morning. Will was also invited to Louisaâs birthday party in their home. The family fell in love with Will, but Louisaâs boyfriend, Patrick became extremely jealous. Patrick noticed the chemistry between the two. Louisa tried to deny it, but it was real. This was truly a wonderful love story. Willâs nurse, Nate figured out that Will and Louisa had really fallen for each other.

Title: Sad. Amazing. Inspiring.
Review: Me Before You by Jojo Moyes is easily one of the saddest but best novels to read if youâre into romantic books. Moyes uses the characters Louisa Clark and Will Traynor to create a contrasting love story between two desperately opposite people. Despite everything else in their lives that proves they cannot be together in the end, the two connect deeply with each other, which in turn changes both of them. I personally enjoyed the character of Louisa because I felt it was easy to relate to her. She struggled with her next step of life, which I found relatable being a senior in high school. It was an easy read and never felt difficult to get through because of how relatable it was. I also found this novel highly motivational in many ways. Willâs condition gave Louisa a purpose: to get Will to change his mind. She poured her heart into researching, joining support groups, and bringing him on adventures so that he would fall back in love with life again not knowing she was falling in love with him in the process. I found it so romantic and I often found myself hoping Louisa would leave Patrick so she could be with Will sooner. Willâs accident showed me to be grateful for everything I have because it can get taken away from you very easily. Will also gave me motivation just by facing his new life every day and often branching out of his now smaller comfort zone. Throughout the novel, Will and Louisa motivate each other to better themselves, which was inspiring. Louisa finally gets Will to embrace his new life and Will gets her to branch out and try new opportunities. Though I did not enjoy the ending of the novel, it was like nothing Iâve read before. This novel is not about miracles, which romantic novels typically encounter. It gives you every aspect of a love story, while showing all of the terrible realities the world can offer. However, that does not mean it is not worth the read. Lou and Willâs unexpected and suspenseful love story made me fall in love with the novel itself and I would recommend anyone to read it. I usually find it hard to get through an entire novel, but this one kept me intrigued the whole time, and I kept wanting to read more. It has become one of my favorites and I will definitely find time to read the sequel!
