When Jeanie’s aunt gifts her the beloved Pumpkin Spice Café in the small town of Dream Harbor, Jeanie jumps at the chance for a fresh start away from her very dull desk job.
Logan is a local farmer who avoids Dream Harbor’s gossip at all costs. But Jeanie’s arrival disrupts Logan’s routine and he wants nothing to do with the irritatingly upbeat new girl, except that he finds himself inexplicably drawn to her.
Will Jeanie’s happy-go-lucky attitude win over the grumpy-but-gorgeous Logan, or has this city girl found the one person in town who won’t fall for her charm, or her pumpkin spice lattes…
The Pumpkin Spice Café is a cozy romantic novel with a grumpy x sunshine dynamic, a small-town setting and a HEA guaranteed!

Title: The perfect feel good fall read.
Review: 4âï¸What a cute, sweet, and easy fall read with just the perfect cozy vibes. The grumpy/sunshine trope is in full swing with Logan and Jeanie as our MCs. Jeanie reluctantly inherits her auntâs café where sheâs met with more than a few hurdles to get the café up and running. Her not-so-meet-cute with Logan, the townâs grumpy farmer, ends with Logan kind of accidentally signing himself up to help Jeanie find out whoâs been trying to scare her off and run her out of town. The more time these two spend together on âstake-outsâ the more their feelings for each other start to develop, but itâll take more for Logan to reveal the real reason heâs hesitant to begin a new relationship while Jeanie also deals with the decision whether or not to sell the café.

Title: A Cute, Cozy Read
Review: I had no idea what to expect from this book. Even though it was a well-known book, I was unaware of it until it was chosen as the book of the month for my book club. I'm glad it did, and I'm glad I decided to try this book. It took me a few chapters to get into the plot, and Jeanie initially bothered me, mainly because of how she acted. The story lagged, and I worried whether it would end up being DNF books for me, but I continued reading, and I'm glad I did because as the story picked up, I couldn't get enough of it, and Jeanie ended up being one of my favorite characters. Itâs one of those times that I am glad I kept reading. The Pumpkin Spice Café was a lovely story, and I believe the mystery surrounding who was messing with the Café kept me reading. Though I knew who it was before it, the truth was recovered. I enjoyed the story with Jeanie and Logan, albeit I believe their relationship progressed too quickly. The two of them met, and before you could blink, they were together, which didn't seem realistic to me. I knew how they felt about each other, but sometimes, I thought they were trying to figure out why they shouldn't be together. They were unwilling to accept that they were in love with one other. I was waiting for them to admit it, finally. I was rooting for them throughout the whole book.I loved how most of the town accepted Jeanie. I understand how difficult it is to move to a new city and start over. I loved how Jeanie was able to make new friends. Overall, I loved reading this book. I'm eager to read Hazel's narrative, another character I enjoyed in The Cinnamon Bun Book Store, and I'm also keen to see if Logan and Jeanie will make an appearance.

Title: Loved It!
Review: I heard so much hype about this book so I had to give it a read - and wow, the hype is true (for me, anyway). I loved this sweet story about Jeanie and Logan - if there were 2 people who deserved to find each other, it was them! I loved how kind, thoughtful Jeanie got a found family in Dream Harbor and how sweet, shy Logan found his girl. Their meet cute was adorable and it just got better from there. The writing was so descriptive, I felt like I was right there alongside these wonderful characters. A sweet and cozy read!

Title: A little repetitive and annoying at times but still enjoyable
Review: While I'm not intopumkin spice myself, I do enjoy a good love story and this one was exactly what I enjoy in a good romance. It had great main characters with sizzling chemistry that wasn't just sexual. The supporting characters were well defined and wonderful additions to the overall story. And there was a wonderful lack of gut wrenching angst.Logan and Jeanie were a great pair and I loved their playful and often steamy interludes but at times, I wanted to punch then both because they seemed to get in their own way too much. Logan had been burned by a previous relationship that the whole town witnessed. So naturally he was reserved. And Jeanie suffocated herself over the pressure not to hurt the towns beloved hero and therefore got in her way as well. The back and forth with these two going from hot and heavy one minute to ice cold over their fears had a tendency to be too much. While it did keep me on the hook wanting desperately to see them get it together, it was also quite maddening.Still, this book was highly enjoyable and kept me engaged throughout. I also wouldn't mind reading the following books in this small town series. This book does contain graphic descriptions of sex and mild swearing, which I usually turn away from, but in this case it wasn't enough to turn me off from it.

Title: My FOMO made me read it. It was ok over all
Review: I had some real FOMO about this book. I have seen it everywhere and I had to get my hands on it.Itâs about Jeanie who has recently left her high stress job in Boston to take over a small town cafe given to her by her Aunt. During the day the town seems to be full of normal small town activities and people that spread gossip flys like wild fire. There have been strange sounds at night and odd things happening inside the cafe. This has led Jeanie to believe the cafe is haunted. Luckily for her, the very handsome, very strong, very single farmer Logan has enlisted to help her solve the case. And even more luckily it requires a sleepoverâ¦. I mean a stakeout. All while she is trying to figure out her new life as a first time business owner and where she fits in this small town.I liked this book. Itâs a very quick read, with likable characters. I wish a few of the characters had more of a role they were mainly foot notes. But I also understand the whole book takes place in a month or two so I get the MFC not having a ton of information on a lot of the town in that time. There could have been at least another 50 pages easy to this with getting to know some main character events that seemed important enough to cause the plot but were kinda rushed though. This was a super simple, surface level story with pretty one dimensional characters. Itâs a fun read but dont go in expecting this elaborate character development and love story to unfold haha there are just a lot of really cute moments. Over all not a bad read if you love seasonal theme books.

Review: This was a very cute and laid back read. Easy to follow and lovable characters. The best part being all the cozy fall vibes that just make you want to curl up with a hot drink in front of a fire. It was a little predictable but it was a nice break from following the plot of some fantasy novels lol

Review: I absolutely loved The Pumpkin Spice Café! Dream Harbor is the kind of small town you canât help but wish was real, with its close-knit, welcoming community and charming characters. I fell for this town just as much as Jeanie, who moves there to run her auntâs cozy café.The romance between Jeanie and Logan, the quiet local farmer, is the perfect blend of sweet and steamy. Their chemistry is undeniable from the start, and their relationship blossoms in the most heartwarming way. The steamy moments caught me by surprise, but they fit seamlessly into the cozy tone of the story. This book has everything you'd want in a small-town romanceâlighthearted fun, a touch of mystery, and lots of charm. The characters are relatable, and even with some tension surrounding Jeanieâs arrival, the community spirit shines through.I devoured it and immediately picked up the second book to revisit Dream Harborâreview to come! If you love small-town romances with a dash of spice and heart, The Pumpkin Spice Café is a must-read. Highly recommend!

Review: A cute setting with perfect fall vibes. I really liked the cafe, all things pumpkin, Logan's animals, town meetings and the mayor's dreams, and all the quirky side characters with their book clubs, trivia nights and fall festivals. But some parts between the characters seemed a bit forced.
