Title: I work from home a lot and this is great for those days of endless meetings.
Review: After a certain point I get sick of wearing a headset or on some days I just flat out run the headset out of battery. This easy little device takes the place of a Polycom speaker phone from the conference rooms. It is loud enough to hear everything on the meeting and the mics are selective enough that my coworkers tell me that its almost as good as a headset mic. The nice thing is it has an internal battery and can be used with teams on USB or with my cell phone on Bluetooth. For the price I am very happy with the purchase, and I take it with me when I travel.

Title: Good customer service - Audio went bad after 2 months
Review: UPDATE: Customer service came through for me to make my situation right, so bumped up the rating. 5/15/24Audio was adequate for several weeks, but now intermittently is filled with heavy static / muffled sound that makes the speaker unusable! I was happy with the directional mic, a cool feature, and others appear to hear me fine. However, it's a useless device if you are not able to clearly listen to others speaking. Very disappointing that the M4 Pro has this major defect. It wasn't one of the lesser cost options on the market.

Review: I bought this for my husband to do his conference calls with his students. It was easy to use and it’s been working well for him. It was a good value for the money and was easy for him to start using it right away. He’s able to carry it in his briefcase and it comes with a carrying case.

Title: Stopped working
Review: I used this speaker for two months the one morning it would not power on. I completed the troubleshooting guidelines and still nothing. Amazon was no help since it had passed their rerun policy period of one month. The company has not responded. For the price and two months of use move on to another product. Expensive piece of unworkable junk.
