Title: The title says it all, make it EASY 🙂
Review: I have all of DW's cookbooks, and her recipes are amazing!! This cookbook is unique though, in that the recipes have a super short ingredient list, and the bare min instructions! (Healthy in a Hurry by DW isn't quick recipes in my opinion, but this book def is.) It makes it SO easy and not intimidating at all. I had a cold when this came in the mail the day it was released, and needed a quick nourishing chicken soup recipe. (I didn't feel like making a full on chicken noodle soup from scratch when I was sick.) Anyway, I found the perfect recipe in Make it Easy! Greek Lemon-Chicken Soup. Literally SO easy, and SO nourishing. I made a big batch again the next day it was so good and something I could take on when not feeling well.There's also a recipe called Chicken Parm Meatball Skillet, and this one is one of her sneak-peak recipes she shared before the book was out. I have made that so many times, and even served it to company (10 people came over) and they loved it! It was awesome how low-stress and easy it was to prepare, and yet it tastes amazing and you'd never know how easy it was to make!I didn't even mention how pumped I am that she has this split into week-meal plans. Literally the first couple pages of the week give you your entire shopping list, meal prep ideas (if you meal prep), and other helpful little notes! As soon as I'm all the way well, I'm going to pick a week and buy all the ingredients listed, and get cooking 🙂 The recipes look so fun and creative and I'm excited to try lots of new things. And this will definitely help on a busy week - normally, Monday mornings I'm searching through lots of cookbooks, picking recipes, and making a shopping list by hand. It takes forever.Lastly, I just have to say that this is a great cookbook for guys, too. My husband can only make a handful of things in the kitchen, but this cookbook is so straightforward, even he could use it! I'm thinking about getting it for my dad, as my mom passed away from cancer and he's left raising my younger siblings by himself. He's always looking for easy meal ideas to feed hungry kids, and he'd love some of these recipes.I hope you love this cookbook as much as I do! My husband and I make DW's food all the time, we practically live on it, and mmmm, you can't go wrong 🙂

Title: Another hit by Danielle Walker!
Review: This is my 5th cookbook by Danielle and it is as wonderful as the previous ones. What makes this one different is the by-the-week meal plans and the use of ingredients in such a way that you are reducing food waste and eliminating some prep time. The time and effort put into creating this book is amazing, with all of the plan ahead tips. shortcut options, and substitution options for people with food sensitivities. Week one I made the Chicken Tinga and the Taco Skillet Hash (both hits with the men in my house). Eating healthy is always delicious when following her recipes. Danielle's layering of spices and healthy sauces makes everything taste better! Another bonus is that the recipes are all in her free app Shop The Book.

Review: I have all of the books in this wonderful collection. This new book has really inspired me to get back into meal prep in a fun an organized way.I have made a few recipes so far that have all tasted amazing and I canât wait to go through the book to prep and taste more of these recipes.Recipes are simple with ingredients I always have on hand and I love the addition of suggestions for store bought sauces if making them from scratch isnât an option. Such a great book. It might be the one I start grabbing first now.

Review: This book is different to any other book I own & I have hundreds. Itâs so well laid out & all of the recipes are easy. Thereâs meal plans, food prep tips & methods to help make putting healthy food on the table easier. My favourite aspect however, is the substitutions for each recipe. So you can use what you have, adjust the recipe to suit your tastes/needs or even turn it into something different. Itâll definitely help with the food budget too!
