Review: For those of you looking for the Detroit Spinners, this is not for you! If, like me, you were seearching for the English folk group The Spinners then I am glad to report you have found the only generally available CD I know of! This is an eclectic collection of the Spinners' work, giving a selection of traaditional and more modern folk songs. Favourites of mine are Roving Navvy, Rukumbine Stockholm Tar, all delivered with customary gusto and emotion accompanied by guitarss and all manner of extra instruments. The lack of Spinners CDs available anywhere in the world makes this a must-buy for fans of English and world folk music; for this price, give it a try!
